History • Joseph Drouhin always had a passion for wine, and in 1880 in Burgundy, he founded the independent company that still bears his name. • Today, his great grandchildren, Philippe, Véronique, Laurent and Frédéric, run the family-owned com pany from their ancestral home. Vineyards • The Joseph Drouhin Domaine was assembled parcel by parcel over the years and today comprises 73 hect ares (182.5 acres) of vineyards in Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune, Côte Chalonnaise and Chablis. • The domaines owned by MJD are organic and they are the largest estate certified Ecocert in Burgundy. • More than two thirds of the vineyards are classified as Premier and Grand Crus. • It is one of the most important domaines in Burgundy.
Winemaking • The vinification is traditional with as little interference as possible. • Our care takes into account the origin of each wine: stainless steel vats to enhance fruit and freshness.
Style • Burgundy is known for its diversity. Expressing and preserving each terroir is our foremost concern. • Being able to express the exact character of each terroir is our goal; therefore, we have chosen the organic and biodynamic approach. • Our credo is “to bring natural answers to natural problems”. • The Joseph Drouhin style since 1880 is one of finesse, elegance, complexity and pleasure.

History • The name “Moulin de Vaudon” comes from the watermill nearby, owned by the Drouhin family and straddling the Serein River • In the sixties, when the Chablis vineyards were all but abandoned, Robert
Drouhin recognized the potential of this region which had been ravaged by phylloxera a century before. He was one of the first Burgundy propriétaires who set about revitalizing the area. Vineyards • Joseph Drouhin owns around 38 hectares (95 acres) of vines in Chablis AC, Premier cru and Grand cru • The Kimmeridgian limestone contains millions of tiny marine fossils embedded in a kind of whitish mortar which may have once been the bottom of the sea, hundreds of million years ago. This marine origin gives the wines of Chablis their unique flavor. • Biological cultivation since 1990 and biodynamic cultivation since 1999. • As of today, it is the largest estate in Chablis entirely under this kind of cultivation.

Domaine Comte Georges de Vogüé
History • Domaine Comte Georges de Vogüé traces back to 1450 and the Chambolle vines of the ancestor Jean Boisson. • The estate is now directed by Claire de Causans and Marie de Ladoucette, the grand-daughters of the Comte Georges de Vogüé. The estate is runned with the prestigious team: oenologist and winemaker Jean Lupatelli, vineyard manager Eric Bourgogne and sales director Jean-Luc Pepin.
Vineryards • The domaine owns 12.43 ha in Chambolle-Musigny with most of the estated located in Musigny. Le Musigny is located Sputh of the village Chambolle-Musigny and borders on the Grand Cru de Vougeot, Echezeaux and to the Premier Cru Les Amoureuses (North East) • Musigny is the only Grand Cru vineyard in Cote de Nuits for both white and red wines production, even though red wine dominates by 90%. Lutte raisonnee (literally reasoned battle) is key at the Domaine, along with the ‘confusion sexuelle’ practice. 2020 Bonnes Mares Grand Cru • 2020 Musigny Blanc Grand Cru
2020 Musigny Vieilles Vignes Grand Cru • Domaine Comte Georges de Vogüé is by far the largest owner of Grand Cru Musigny, i.e. 66,5 % of the entire vineyard, with a total of 7.12 ha, including all of Les Petits Musigny (4,2 ha - a monopole) and 2,92 ha of Le Musigny.
The domaine owns a block of vines account ing for 2.7 hectares and an average produc tion of approximately 420 cases per year. The vines are located entirely in the Cham bolle portion of the vineyard that

is closest to the village itself. • This provides for a slightly more elegant Bonnes-Mares, but one that is heavily scented with violet and peony. • The domaine’s vines average 29 years old. • New oak: 35-40% for the Bonnes Mares
• Robert Parker (Burgundy, 1990) wrote that the Chardonnay vines of Musigny were “planted at the request of the late Comtesse de Vogüé”; at the domaine today there is no direct evidence of that, or an exact planting date, but what is sure is that there was definitely a white Musigny pro duced as early as the 1930’s, so the Comtesse would have been quite young.
• To ensure the best possible quality and emphasize its non compromise policy, the Do maine commercializes the Musigny solely under the label “Vieilles Vignes”, i.e. from select ed vines exclusively between 25 years of age and approximately 60 years of age. • Fruit is 100% destemmed. • New oak: 35-40% for Musigny Vieilles Vignes.

2020 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Amoureuses • Complementing this holding is 0, 56 ha of the 1er Les Amoureuses, the Domaine’s smallest production, just below the Le Musi gny vineyard. • The parcel is located in the most southern part of the
2020 Chambolle-Musigny Village • The de Vogüé villages wine comes mainly from a 1.8 hectares plot in the climate of Les Porlottes. Typical production of a little over 400 cases. • Average age 30 years. • The Domaine also owns small sections totaling 0.34 ha in •

The oakiness is soft and harmonious giving a wine that is well-balanced with excellent structure. A congenial wine to be enjoyed at any opportunity.

The tannins are powerful yet delicate and there is a flavour of red fruit berries with a slightly jamlike nuance. In addition, the AOP requires we make blends and we like to work with 100% of one varietal. Finally, we have varietals not allowed by the AOP: Saperavi, for example

Crémant D’Alsace All of our Crémants are brut. This result is obtained when we disgorge the sweet liqueur, by adding less than 15g/l of concentrated sugar (legal limit in the production of Crémant) to conserve the dry and elegant style of our Crémants. Our wines, like Champagne, are not vintage offerings in order for us to blend different years, thereby ensuring excellent consistent quality.

The 2021 Vintage: In the Willamette Valley an arid and warm spring led to an even warmer, drier summer with notable heat spikes. The vines remained healthy, and as temperatures cooled in mid-September, harvest was able to stretch out over three smooth weeks, ending in early October. After a dramatic growing season, the vines delivered grapes with complex flavors, incredible balance, and layers of elegance. Tasting Notes: The 2021 Cloudline marks the 20th vintage of this beautiful cuvée. Its lustrous garnet color is immediately striking, and aromatics of summery red cherry, red plum, and light warm spice characters leap from the glass. The palate is fresh and fruit-driven to the core.
It is simply delicious. Enjoy!

History • The lastest project of Christian Moueix from Dominus, Napa; Pétrus, Trotanoy, Bélair-Monange, Bordeaux • Christian Moueix purchased the estate in 2008. The first vintage of Ulysses was 2012. • The property dates back to the 19th century in terms of viticulture. Winemaking • The wine is vinified at Dominus winery. • Ageing: 18 months in barrels, approximately 40% of new oak Vineyards • 40 acres of vines located in Oakville, just a mile up from Dominus. • Christian and his winemaker Tod Mostero replanted almost the entire vineyard of Cabernet Sauvignon and a little Cabernet franc and Petit Verdot. • Lyre system trellis to protect against the heat, provide a better aeration and reach the perfect ripening. • Soil: dark loam and silt over gravel that is dry farmed. ULYSSES VINEYARD:
Once part of the Charles Hopper ranch. Since the acquisition, Christian Moueix and his team have pursued an in-depth understanding of the soil and microclimate and have undertaken a lengthy and meticulous vineyard restoration. 2 0 1 8 U LY S S E S Oakville - Napa Valley Budbreak : April 3rd Bloom : May 24th Veraison : Aug 4th Harvest Start: Sept 26th
Harvest End: October 15
Yields : 2.5–3.2 tons/acre Cases Produced: 1300 WEATHER 2018: The 2018 season started late and harvest from September 26 - October 15 was 6 days later than our historical average. Seasonal rainfall was light (22” versus 31” annual average) and the beginning of summer remained consistently warm. In late summer, temperatures dropped below norms with morning fog in August and September. The fruit ripened slowly in the absence of heat spikes and harvest began with young vines of Cabernet Sauvignon. A storm system which brought 1.2” of rain on October 2 and 3 interrupted picking. Hot and very dry weather returned on October 5 and harvest continued with Cabernet Sauvignon on October 8, followed by Petit Verdot. We picked 57% of our fruit between October 8 – 15. The grapes were full and ripe and the resulting wines are deep, complex and well-articulated. Winemaker’s Notes: Notes of truffle, blackberries, cassis bud and tobacco with tight polished tannins. A vertical structure and persistent intensity. Bottling : May 2020
James Suckling - 98 Points #45 in James Sucklings Top 100Wines from the USA Aromas of terra cotta, chocolate and hazelnut with iron and ink. Dusty. Full-bodied and round. Layered. Flamboyant and juicy. Rather soft and gor geous. Some walnut and chocolate at the end. Persistent. Always there. Drinkable now, but will age wonderfully. Also: Wine Spectator-95 Pts.
Wine Advocate - 96 Points The current-release 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon shows more cherries and bay leaf on the nose than prior vintages. There’s still a solid framework of cedar, loam and cassis, hints of mocha and licorice, but there’s also a bit more freshness and lift. It’s medium to full-bodied and densely concentrated yet silky and finessed, with a long, elegant finish.
Vinous - 97 Points The best wine off Christian Moueix’s Oakville ranch so far. Deep, creamy and generous, the 2018 captures the unqiue blend of fruit in a savoriness that is typical of the southern sec tor of Oakville where cooling winds from the south lend palpable freshness and vivacity to the vines. Black fruit, chocolate, spice, laven der and new leather are some of the many notes that build into the sumptuous finish. -- Antonio Galloni – Drink 2028 - 2043

Inglenook Again... And Always With patient resolve and relentless negotiations over nearly four decades, the Coppolas fulfill the vow they made in 1975 by acquiring Inglenook’s name and trademark. Inglenook—land, name, and spirit —is whole once again.
Philippe Bascaules of Chateau Mârgaux becomes Inglenook’s General Manager. After spending five years at Inglenook, Bascaules is invited to return to Chateau Mârgaux in 2016, and subsequently designs a schedule that allows him to con tinue to oversee operations at Inglenook as its Director of Winemaking. Bascaules says that his goal is to produce the best
History • 1871 - William C. Watson, buys 78 acres of land at the base of Mount St. John, just west of Rutherford. He christens his property Inglenook, a Scottish phrase for “cozy corner” or “hearth.” • 1879 - Niebaum buys the Inglenook property as well as the adjoining Rohlwing Farm for $48,000. After extensive travel and study, Niebaum chooses Inglenook’s site, intuiting its extraordinary potential for growing grapes. The first harvest was in 1882. • possible wines as expressions that faithfully convey the Estate’s terroir through “rigor, intellectual honesty, and instinctive passion.” 1975 - Searching for a modest “vacation cottage” in Napa Valley, Francis and Eleanor Coppola purchase a portion of what had been the Inglenook estate. 1882 Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 1882 was the first vintage produced by Inglenook founder Gustave Niebaum. That same year, Niebaum dug a small cave into the Mayacamas foothills on the back edge of the estate in his search for optimal barrel aging conditions. We have preserved that special 1882 cave on the estate – an enduring touchstone and symbol of Niebaum’s spirit of innovation and exploration, which continues to live on at Inglenook today.
2018 Vintage Notes: The 2018 vintage produced a generous crop of excellent quality. Well-timed precipitation in March and April encouraged slow, steady spring shoot development. Moderately warm temperatures throughout the season were ideal for gradual, even ripening of our Cabernet Sauvignon. Harvest for our 2018 Niebaum-Coppola Cabernet Sauvignon 1882 began in the Fountain block next to the historic Inglenook Chateau on September 19th, and continued at a smooth pace, culminating with blocks from our Cohn and Red Barn vineyards on October 18th. Winemaker’s Tasting Notes: • With its deep, red garnet color, the Niebaum-Coppola Cabernet Sauvignon 1882 leads off on the nose with attractive notes of cocoa powder, black cherry and ripe black plum. • Immediately round and supple on the palate, the wine shows ripe flavors of cassis and black cherry, with a deft touch of French oak on the finish. • Full and well-textured, this vintage of 1882 is particularly vibrant and fresh, with polished tannins of excellent quality. Appellation: Rutherford, Napa Valley Blend: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon Vineyard: Chateau, Cohn, Red Barn, Small Block Alcohol: 14.5% Barrel Regime: 18 Months, 11% New French Oak, 89% Neutral French Oak Bottled: May 2020 James Suckling - 94 Points - A solid cabernet with lots of blackberry, chocolate and walnut character. It’s full-bodied with plenty of fruit and a flavorful finish. Juicy and intense. - Also: Jeb Dunnuck – 90 Pts. Edizione Pennino Zinfandel 2019 Edizione Pennino Zinfandel honors Francis Ford Coppola’s maternal grandfather, Francesco Pennino, a music composer who was born in Naples, Italy and emigrated to America. “Edizione” means “edition” in Italian, so this is Inglenook’s “Pennino Edition” of Zinfandel. Two historic Zinfandel clones, Morisoli and Werle, complement each other in the creation of this tribute wine. The Morisoli lends structure, sweet fruit, and spice, in harmony with Werle’s inherent richness and dark fruit tones. The oldest Zinfandel vines on the historic I nglenook estate are in our Cow Barn, Woodshed, and Carriage blocks, which were planted in 1974 and 1978, and continue to provide the central core of the Pennino blend. 2019 Vintage Notes: Plentiful winter rainfall heralded an early start to the 2019 growing season for our Zinfandel blocks. Despite early budbreak, bloom and veraison, moderate weather in the summer and early fall led to normal timing for our Zinfandel to fully ripen at the end of September. Both the newer trellised blocks and the older head-trained, dry-farmed blocks on the back of the estate reached optimal ripeness on September 28th, which we now refer to as “Zinfandel Saturday.” The remaining few blocks close to the Chateau were harvested a few days later on October 1st. Very gradual final ripening during the extended period between veraison and harvest explains the superb condition and classic Zinfandel flavors of the harvested fruit.
Winemaker’s Tasting Notes: • The 2019 Inglenook Edizione Pennino Zinfandel is dark ruby red in color, with a purple edge.
• The nose is very focused, showing ample ripe fruit aromas of plum, clove, and ultraripe blueberry and blackberry. • The wine is sweet, plush, and generous in the mouth, with very round, velvety tannins that create a sense of warmth and balance on the finish.
