History • Switzerland is made up of 23 cantons and 4 language areas (German, French, Italian and Romanche), each of which has a long established tradition of life style, fine food and wine • Switzerland’s winegrowing geography is subdivided into six areas: Valais, Vaud, Genève, Three Lakes, French-speaking regions; the German-speaking region of Eastern Switzerland; and the Italian-speaking Ticino • The white variety Chasselas is predominantly used in the country, with Pinot Noir; both extremely sensitive to both terroir and climate. Wineries • For more than 400 years (since 1603) the family of Thierry Grosjean has been making wines at Chateau D’Auvernier. Located in the Three Lakes region, near France, this property of 20 hect produces mainly Pinot Noir and Chasselas, all biodynamically grown. • Proprietors of a vineyard of almost 40 ha at the heart of the prestigious Sion appellation, Robert Gilliard symbolizes the family tradition. Our wines embody the spirit of their unique native soils and noble grape varieties. • Located in the heart of the Lavaux region for nearly 500 years, Jean & Pierre Testuz S.A. cultivates 30 hectares of vines and is one of the major players in the viticulture of Vaud. • On the Badoux estate, the focus is on quality through a limitation of the yield and a culture respectful of the environment. Founded in 1908 by Henri Badoux, the cellars have the most advanced machinery for pressing grapes and vinifying our wines in ideal conditions.

Neuchâtel Blanc 2021 100% Chasselas Fendant Roux The Neuchâtel Blanc, which is light in color with an aroma of lime, is a light fruity wine with just a hint of a sparkle due to its maturing on lees. Pinot Gris 2015 100% Pinot Gris This wine is called Pinot Beurot in Burgundy, Malvoisie in Valais, formerly Tokay in Alsace or Pinot Grigio in the south. This wine with its quirky Lizard label is one of the premier wines of the Chablais, if not the entire Vaud -and one of the most famous Chasselas worldwide.
For over 60 years, the Fendant “TheMurettes” is registered as the refer ence of this grape variety, a real emblemof Valais. • A great classic. Svelte, elegant, fruity on the palate, with a miner al character, it is a wine for any time of day. • Its taste has mineral character, good presence of CO2, crispy, and intense.
This Swiss Chasselas has aromas of lemon curd, lemon zest and white flowers. In the mouth, it is creamy, with good mouthfeel and flavors of vanilla custard, apple and pear.
It is the only red vine entitled to bear the appellation of controlled origin label (AOC) in the canton of Neuchâtel.
