The 2021 Vintage: In the Willamette Valley an arid and warm spring led to an even warmer, drier summer with notable heat spikes. The vines remained healthy, and as temperatures cooled in mid-September, harvest was able to stretch out over three smooth weeks, ending in early October. After a dramatic growing season, the vines delivered grapes with complex flavors, incredible balance, and layers of elegance. Tasting Notes: The 2021 Cloudline marks the 20th vintage of this beautiful cuvée. Its lustrous garnet color is immediately striking, and aromatics of summery red cherry, red plum, and light warm spice characters leap from the glass. The palate is fresh and fruit-driven to the core.
