Sphera – White wine professionals • Located in Judean Hills, along the valleys of Givat Yeshayahu. • These wines are not kosher.

• Winemaker and co-owner Doron Rav Hon studied viticulture in Burgundy, France, completing his apprenticeship at Domaine Jacques Prieur and a specialization in sparkling wines in Champagne. • Sima Rav Hon, Doron’s wife, manages the winery’s operations and focuses on building the brand identity. Vineyards • Because of the cold air that sinks to the valley floor, the area remains relatively cool during the day and the temperature drops further at night sustainable agriculture – a method combining traditional growing with aerated healthy vines, minimal intervention, and careful consideration for the vineyard’s natural surroundings • Givat Yishayahu West: Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Semillon. Planted along the Khlil Stream, the soil is Alluvial with high ratio of rock • Givat Yishayahu East: Chardonnay, Rossanne and Riesling. Planted along the Shua Stream, rocky soils and Terra Rossa for the chardonnay.
