History • Maison Joseph Drouhin has been selling Beaujolais wines over 100 years. • Since 2014, the Drouhin family signed an exclusive partnership with the Hospices de Belleville Vineyards • Three estates in Fleurie (16 acres), Brouilly (11 acres) and Morgon (6 acres) • Philippe oversees the viticulture. The Wines • A mix of two winemaking styles, depending on vintage characteristic: •

“Beaujolais style”: whole cluster, carbonic maceration and stainless steel tank ageing to preserve the fruit and the freshness. • “Burgundy style”: de-stemmed grapes with punch downs and pump overs, ageing in double sized barrels (500L) in order to gain structure and aromatic complexity. After ageing for 5 to 6 months, the wines are assembled before bottling.

Fleurie 2019 • 100% Gamay • The soil is gore, poor, well-drained and very characteristic of the appellation.

Brouilly 2018 • 100% Gamay • A pink soil of good

Morgon 2019 • 100% Gamay • Its soil is comprised of
