Boomsma Beerenburger Bitter Aperitif 60PF / 750ML The Beerenburger, a tincture of 11 herbs (some of them still part of the family secret), has been prepared using the same distilling method for 130 years. This full-bodied beverage displays notes of licorice, gentian, juniper berry, laurel and a smooth, yet bitter authentic traditional finish. Boomsma Claerkampster Cloosterbitter 80PF / 750ML The Cloosterbitter—a liqueur melding 17 carefully selected botanicals—is made according to a 16th Century recipe created by a monk gathering herbs for medicinal use. This traditional Herb Bitter is also a soothing digestive with a distinctive green color. This hand-labeled, ultra-small batch release is available only at Bar Brucato and select tours. Brucato Oro y Fierro Kumquat Liqueur 80PF / 700ML Bright, citrus-forward, and built for cocktails. A smooth, vibrant kumquat liqueur highlighting the natural brightness of California-grown Nagami kumquats and dried local orange peel. Brucato Oro y Fierro Kumquat Chili Liqueur 80PF / 700ML Bright and spicy, citrus-forward, and built for cocktails. All the depth and citrus-forward flavor of the original, infused with aromatic Calabrian chili and the heat of roasted chile de árbol for a spirited kick.
