Sorbetta Strawberry 60PF / 375ML Strawberries grown on North Fork Farms contain a bouquet that ignites all the senses. Pure vine-ripened fruit shines through on the palate. LYSHOLMS LINIE NORWAY It all began back in 1805 when the Norwegian trade family, Lysholm, sent a potato-based aquavit to East India. Unfortunately, the interest in the product was limited and the aquavit had to make its way back to Oslo, its city of origin. However, upon its return, it was discovered that the journey had significantly enhanced its flavor and since that day, every drop of LINIE has been embarked on a four-month-long sea voyage to mature, crossing the Equator not just once, but twice. This unique maturation process is what gives LINIE its distinctive taste LINIE Aquavit is a potato-based spirit, distilled in pot stills with a special blend of Nordic herbs and spices that give it its distinctive flavor. After distillation, the aquavit is matured in Oloroso sherry casks while embarking on a long sea journey, where it crosses the ‘LINE’ not just once, but twice. The result is an extraordinarily smooth and rounded aquavit with prominent notes of caraway and star anise and hints of vanilla and sherry. Linie Aquavit 83PF / 750ML

MASSAYA LEBANON Massaya is a French Lebanese collaboration that began as recently as 1998. On the Lebanese side is Sami Ghosn, who was the owner of the Tanaïl Estate where the vineyards hail from, which is located at an altitude of 1000 m in the Bekaa valley. Massaya Arak El Massaya 100PF / 375ML (Necker) / 750ML / 1.75L Considered as one of the premium Arak producers in the Middle East, El Massaya Arak is made from only the best local indigenous grapes and aniseed. MATTEI FRANCE, CORSICA In 1872, a merchant named Louis-Napoléon Mattei named his aperitif wine after his native Cap Corse, a peninsula of Corsica that juts northward into the Mediterranean. A territory of France, Corsica has over the centuries been influenced by both France and Italy, as well as northern Africa. Mattei discovered the beneficial properties of cinchona tree bark during a voyage to the Caribbean, and he brought it to Cap Corse to blend with local wine made from Muscat and Vermentinu grapes. He added spices that made their way through Cap Corse’s bustling port, as well as Cedrat (citron), a thick-peeled ancestor of lemon. Cap Corse Mattei Quinquina was soon exported across the globe. Mattei Cap Corse Blanc Quinquina 30PF / 750ML A true Quinquina Blanc, and unique among aperitif wines. The profile of the Cap Corse Mattei BLANC aperitif wine is defined by its distinctly Corsican components. Its all-mistelle base is of Vermentinu and Muscat Petit Grains, lending a terrific minerality, acidity and floral tones. The local Cedrat (aka citron) adds unique citrus aroma and a silky texture. Since its creation in 1872 by Louis-Napoléon Mattei, Cap Corse Mattei is the oldest and best known aperitif of Corsica. Mattei Cap Corse Rouge Quinquina 30PF / 750ML Among the most famous of French Quinquina, enjoyed for generations by visitors and residents of the Island of Corsica. It is composed of a variety of local and exotic spices, walnuts and cinchona bark on a base of Corsican Muscat and Vermentinu mistelles. The result is an aperitif of tremendous depth with a wonderfully dry finish. Traditionally served neat or on ice with tonic or soda. It mixes well with rye whiskey, apple brandy or brandy. Since its creation in 1872 by Louis-Napoléon Mattei, Cap Corse Mattei is the oldest and best known aperitif of Corsica. Still today family owned, and all macerations, aging and bottling are done in house.
