NARDINI VENETO, ITALY Nardini is an Italian grappa that has been produced and bottled in Bassa no del Grappa, in the northeastern part of Italy, since 1779. Nardini has two distilleries and a bottling facility. Nardini Acqua di Cedro 58PF / 700ML Acqua di Cedro brings out all the freshness of the citron fruit, with its intense citrusy aroma. A clean, regenerating flavor like a gentle summer breeze. NARDINI SPRITZ INGREDIENTS 40 ml Bitter Nardini 60 ml Zardetto Prosecco

Soda or Seltzer Slice of orange

PREPARATION Fill a glass with ice Pour 60 ml of Prosecco followed by 40 ml of Bitter Nardini Add a splash of Soda or Seltzer Stir gently with a stirrer Garnish with a slice of orange

MANDORLA E ZENZERO INGREDIENTS ¾ oz Nardini Mandorla 1 Tbs ginger honey syrup 3 pieces of clementine or tangerine 3 oz Prosecco ½ orange slice garnish DIRECTIONS

Muddle the fruit sections with the ginger honey in a Boston glass. Add ice and slowly pour the Prosecco while gently pulling the flavours up with a bar spoon. Strain and serve in a Champagne flute and garnish with an orange slice. — DALE DEGROFF
