ISLE OF RAASAY SCOTLAND Distilled, matured, bottled and shipped directly from the Isle of Raasay. Isle of Raasay population: 161 people. Isle of Raasay Single Malt Scotch Whisky, Peated Chinkapin Single Cask 19/56 124.2PF / 700ML The fresh charring of the cask brings a rich color and flavor early on in the maturation process, and the high toast caramelizes the natural sugars in the wood. Expect sweet toffee and butterscotch on the nose, with vibrant dark fruit flavors and deep, rich colors at a young age. Isle of Raasay Single Malt Scotch Whisky, Peated Ex-Bordeaux Single Cask 18/664 122.4PF / 700ML Stained red on the outside, these high-quality ex-Bordeaux red wine casks are delivered fresh to the island from a château in Southwest France. In the first few months of maturation, our spirit develops a pink hue in these casks (which turns into a deeper, darker red). Isle of Raasay Hebridean Single Malt Scotch Whisky 92.8PF / 700ML Our flagship Isle of Raasay Single Malt Whisky, 46.4% ABV, natural colour, non-chill filtered. Lightly peated with rich dark fruit flavours. We set out to emulate some older styles of Hebridean single malt whiskies, with subtle, fragrant smokiness balanced with dark fruit flavours. KILCHOMAN SCOTLAND W Kilchoman was the first distillery to be built on Islay in over 124 years. The distillery was founded in 2005 by Anthony Wills and is Islay’s only farm distillery, producing Single Farm Single Malt. Kilchoman is one of the few whisky distilleries in Scotland to remain independent. Kilchoman Machir Bay Single Malt Scotch 92PF / 750ML Their signature peated single malt, is a vatting of Kilchoman matured in both bourbon and sherry casks. The high proportion of bourbon barrels create a distinct balance of classic Islay character and fresh floral complexity.
