ARBIKIE HIGHLAND ESTATE SCOTLAND Led by brothers John, Iain and David, the visionaries and driving force behind the distillery, Arbikie grows, distills, matures, and bottles their family of spirits at the Arbikie Farm Distillery, giving exceptional provenance and traceability. All spirits are copper-pot distilled to ensure the same quality and standing enjoyed by Scotch whisky globally. Arbikie Highland Rye Whisky 1794 96PF / 750ML TRADITIONALLY UNTRADITIONAL. This Single Grain Scotch Whisky is a celebration of this field to bottle tradition - reviving a genuinely authentic way of distilling and producing a spirit with a sense of place and a taste of the land and sea that surrounds us. FILEY BAY ENGLAND Filey Bay is the first single malt whisky made in, and of, Yorkshire. Why ‘of Yorkshire’? Because it’s created by us from field to bottle, here on the coast. Masters 2021, Gold 2021 The World Whisky Masters Filey Bay Flagship Yorkshire Single Malt 92PF / 750ML Light, fruity, and creamy, our Flagship single malt is made from field to bottle with 100% homegrown barley and is the culmination of our ex-Bourbon matured style (following on from the ‘First’ and ‘Second’ Releases). Our ethos is all about respecting tradition but doing things our own way – the style, taste and creation of Flagship truly brings this to life. Filey Bay Straight Finish Yorkshire Single Malt 96PF / 750ML As with the original batch, a primary maturation in ex bourbon casks has softened the whisky and allowed our signature flavour profile to develop while a secondary maturation, the finish, in Shaved Toasted and Re-charred ex-red wine casks has brought a wonderful deep colour and delicious red fruit flavours to the whisky. Filey Bay Peated Yorkshire Single Malt 96PF / 700ML This single malt brings the west coast of Scotland here to the east coast of Yorkshire. Coastal and caramel notes, really complementing the creamy elements of our spirit style.

GLENALLACHIE SCOTLAND In 2017,Billy Walker,Trisha Savage and Graham Stevenson purchased the GlenAllachie Distillery. With over 100 years’ experience between them, many would have expected our three veterans to retire. They’re just getting started… Before acquiring GlenAllachie, the spirit was predominantly used in blended whiskies. So, it’s no surprise that you probably haven’t heard of them. GlenAllachie Speyside Scotch 8 Year 92PF / 700ML Heather honey, butterscotch, and cinnamon, followed by waves of ginger, toasted almonds and mocha. Lashings of treacle, dried sultanas, and butterscotch with cinnamon, peppermint, and honeycomb. GlenAllachie 12 Year Single Malt Scotch 92PF / 700ML Honey, marzipan, and bananas, with lashings of butterscotch, raisins and a delicate hint of mocha. Gold Medal SF World Spirits Competition 2017 GlenAllachie 15 Year Single Malt Scotch 92PF / 750ML The rainbow of sweet spices, raisins and butterscotch develops to banana, orange peel and dark chocolate. INDRI DISTILLERY INDIA The seed for the nectar of the gods was sown in the barren desert. Many millennia have passed since barley has bloomed in the inhospitable climate of Rajasthan. For our uncompromising quest to create the finest spirits, we use the traditional Indian six row barley, which is cultivated using old indigenous practices that rely on organic and sustainable methods.The yield may be smaller, but it lends a fruity and floral distinctive taste to the spirits. Indri Single Malt Indian Whisky ‘Trini” 92PF / 750ML The magic of the marriage of three different wood casks come to its splendor when our malts are matured in ex-bourbon, ex-French wine and ex-sherry casks. It embellishes our malt with the finest shade of Amber, whiff of caramelized pineapple, vanilla, hints of black tea, raisins & citrus and subtle nuttiness. The smoothness and flavour linger long after the glass has been put aside. 94pts Whiskey Advocate 2022
