Pokeno Origin Single Malt Whisky 86PF / 700ML Bottled at 43% ABV, Pokeno Origin is matured in first fill Bourbon casks. It is a sweet and round whisky with beautiful honey and grapefruit notes. Pokeno Discovery Single Malt Whisky 86PF / 700ML Bottled at 43% ABV, Pokeno Discovery is fully matured in first fill Bourbon, Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez Casks then allowed to marry perfectly together. It is a rich and complex whisky with beautiful notes of dark chocolate and ripe cherries.

PENDERYN WALES, UK Whilst most Scottish and Irish distilleries use a conventional two or three-pot ‘lantern’still system, the technology developed at Penderyn allows an extremely clean ‘flavourful’ spirit to be produced from a single still. Penderyn Celt Single Malt 86PF / 750ML Finished in ex-peated quarter casks. It begins with great sweetness before the smoky, slightly medicinal flavours descend. This whisky has a Kosher certificate. Gold Medal 2020 Spirits Business Whisky Masters 2020 Penderyn Legend Single Malt 86PF / 750ML A Madeira-finish single malt whisky. Incredibly smooth and both fresh and rich dried fruits abound. Delicate and sweet on the palate with just a hint of bitterness to remain refreshing. Penderyn Madeira Single Malt 92PF / 750ML The original Penderyn ‘house style’, aged in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in ex-Madeira wine casks to bring out its full gold character. Crisp and finely rounded, with the sweetness to balance an appetizing dryness. Penderyn Myth Single Malt 86PF / 750ML Single malt whisky finished in a range of specially selected ex bourbon and rejuvenated oak casks. Sweetness dominates then moves over to allow some refreshing bitterness to emerge while the mixed fruits continue to dominate the flavour. This whisky has a Kosher certificate. Gold Medal Spirits Business Whisky Masters 2020 Penderyn Peated Single Malt 92PF / 750ML A delicate spirit with a medium peaty character and a light golden tone. Smoke and vanilla linger on the attractive medium-length finish. This whisky has a Kosher certificate. Double Gold SF World Spirits Competition 2020 Penderyn Portwood Single Malt 92PF / 750ML A creamy richness with some honey and spiced notes emerging.

Gold Medal SF World Spirits Competition 2020 Penderyn Sherrywood Single Malt 96PF / 750ML

Aged in ex-bourbon barrels and ex-Oloroso sherry casks to bring out its rich fruity flavour. Rich sweetness gives way to refreshing dryness.
