● Chava is the Fourth Generation of his family to bear the title of Master Distiller for Cascahuin. While he is young (36) he has shown deep knowledge for the history and traditions of Tequila production, and has helped to bring Cascahuin into the modern Tequila era while not relying upon industrial practices. ● Chava is also very engaged with the local Guadalajara and Mexican craft cocktail community - helping to further build rapport and education surrounding the category of Tequila within this influential demographic.
