Kübler Original

● Kübler “Original” is made based upon the original 1863 formula created by Jacob Kübler - a maceration of 9 distinct botanicals in the still; held and heated, and then distilled. ● This produces a crystalline clear, albeit heavily oiled distillate. Those oils held in suspension by Alcohol, but with the addition of chilled water, “Louche” or turn cloudy. ● The original formula is comprised of the “Holy Trinity of Absinthe - Artemisia Absintheum (Grand Wormwood), Sweet Fennel, and Green Anise; along with 6 additional botanicals: Mint, Star Anise, Hyssop, Melissa (Lemon Balm), Coriander, and Artemisia Pontica (Petite Wormwood) - distilled and proofed to 53% ABV.
