● Yves is the 4th Generation Master Distiller of Kübler Absinthe - his great grandfather, Jacob Frederic Kübler created both the Original (1863) and Verte Suisse (1875) formulas for Kübler Absinthe. ● Yves has also personally fought for the repeal of Absinthe prohibition in both Switzerland and the United States, and has contributed to “La Maison d’Absinthe” - the official Absinthe museum in the Val de Travers. ● Respecting their tradition and place of origin, Yves has fought to maintain local sourcing for Grand Wormwood, and has put forth categorical protections to recognize the Val de Travers as the Birthplace of Absinthe, and recognize products made in that region according to traditional methods.
