The Kimmeridgian limestone soil is highlighted through specific vinification techniques, low sugar dos age and moderate use of sulfites, especially in the production of Drappier Brut Nature Sans Soufre. It is also the only champagne house to perform a prise de mousse, riddling and disgorging for each and every bottle, from the half-bottle to the Melchizedek (30 litres, or 40 bottles). Carte d’Or is available in a wide selection of large formats.
