The orangeness of curacao married to hibiscus, grapefruit, eucalyptus and cayenne. Sweetened with a cane-based simple syrup that has eucalyptus cooked into it. 96pts/Platinum Medal 2014 Beverage Testing Institute Brovo Boomerang Cherry Liqueur 60PF / 200ML / 750ML BroVo’s Boomerang is a complex cherry liqueur, rich and thick, and with lots of flavor. Combining cherry, apricot, walnut, cinnamon, orange, vanilla and peppercorn, then sweetened to 20% sugar. Rose is a distinct flavor and smell that evokes childhood memories of a walk in the garden. NGS cannot hold back the intensity of the combination of rose and a varietal of geranium called rose geranium. It’s combined with agave nectar and water to form this unique floral flavor. Brovo Gen P American Genepy 90PF / 750ML Brovo Uncharted Rhapsody Amer. Forest Liqueur 110PF / 750ML We partnered with Chad Hauge and Micah Melton to make two American Alpine Liqueurs-versions of yellow and green Chartreuse with a North American palate and terroir. We released Uncharted Rhapsody first because of market conditions, and then Gen P a year later. They have the exact same ingredient list, but in differing proportions. What really amplifies the difference between the two is the production techniques. Because the genepy is more floral the production process needed to change as we scaled up. ARGIOLAS ITALY, SARDINIA The Argiolas family has worked diligently to become the leader in Sardinian enology and insists on using native Sardinian vines. Argiolas Limonsardo Tremontis 60PF / 700ML Limone is made from a selection of natural infusions and essences, extracted from the peel of ripe, pleasantly aromatic lemons, blended with the semi-processed liqueur and with the addition of sugar syrup. Brilliant lemon yellow in color with a strong fragrance of fresh lemon fruit. On the palate it is sweet and pleasant.

Just four ingredients—Douglas fir spring buds, neutral grain spirit, agave nectar, and water. Opening a bottle is like taking a hike in the forest. It’s clean and fresh, light and herbaceous. This is what Douglas fir tastes like.

Brovo Ginger Liqueur 50PF / 200ML / 750ML

Ginger + NGS + Agave Nectar + Water= Real Ginger Flavor. We peel ginger by hand, infuse it overnight, then re-distill it the next day to get our delicious ginger liqueur. It’s not too sweet, not too strong, really mixable. Brovo Lucky Falernum Liqueur 70PF / 200ML / 750ML Lucky Falernum is the high-proof falernum you didn’t know you always wanted. The liquor is infused with ginger, lime, pineapple, star anise, and other delicious ingredients. 90pts Beverage Testing Institute Brovo Orange Curacao Liqueur 70PF / 750ML We combine neutral cane spirit, with a 2-year-old French brandy and a little neutral grain spirit for edge. We add three orange types- sweet from California’s Central Valley, bitter Laranha oranges from Curaçao and Seville oranges from Spain. We add coriander, clove, hibiscus and vanilla to the mix, then sweeten with a brown sugar simple syrup. As a final stage, we add a vegetable-based glycerin to add to the mouthfeel. The result is a sweet, rich curaçao with lots of flavor. A cost-effective replacement for Grand Marnier.

LAVENDER LIMONCELLO SPRITZ INGREDIENTS 2 oz limoncello 1 oz lavender simple syrup recipe below 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice Sparkling water or club soda Lemon slices and fresh lavender garnish INSTRUCTIONS Combine the limoncello, lavender simple syrup, and lemon juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well. Strain the limoncello mixture into a glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling water and stir. Garnish with lemon and fresh

lavender.
