MIRABEAU FRANCE Before we made a drop of our award-winning Mirabeau Riviera Gin, we wanted to ensure that our vision for this unique product was perfectly articulated. This gave rise to letting us be guided by these three essential truths behind our gin: True To Gin | True To The French Riviera| True To Mirabeau Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin 86PF / 200ML / 750ML At its core, Mirabeau Riviera is a classic dry gin. Mirabeau has used a 100% grape-based neutral spirit which has been upcycled from leftover grape skins, discarded during the wine making process. This adds roundness and subtle fruitiness to the palate. The addition of some of Mirabeau’s Provence Rosé gives luxurious texture to the finished gin. Lemon and coriander add layers of fresh citrus character. Orris and angelica root impart floral and earthy tones, respectively. Rose petals, lavender and jasmine are used sparingly to bring a variety of floral tones. Finally, bay, thyme and rosemary add a finely balanced herbaceous character to the blend. Gold World Gin Awards MONTGOMERY DISTILLERY USA, MONTANA Our farm has been in the family nigh on 90 years, sitting on one of the largest spring creeks in Montana, which irrigates our grains. Grandma Chris Montgomery grew up on this family ranch, now residing there with Grandma Tom Montgomery where they enjoy working hard and hosting friends and family. Our combination pot-column still was made for us by Germany’s oldest still maker, Christian Carl. Distillers Chad Larrabee and Christopher Conley have piloted the stillroom since 2012 and continue to create new and intriguing spirits that garner international recognition. Montgomery Distillery Whyte Laydie Gin 80PF / 750ML Working with Montana herbalists and wildcrafters; wild, native botanicals such as bee balm and elderflower are compounded with locally grown and imported ingredients, and Montana wheat in our harmonious dry gin. Montgomery Aged Aquavit 80PF / 750ML In the Norwegian style. Toasted oak, cracked cinnamon and orange peel join caramel and vanilla notes lent by casking. Montgomery Skadi Aquavit 80PF / 750ML Handcrafted in the Scandinavian tradition. Old country aromas of caraway seed and licorice root are met with milled black pepper and sea spray.

POLI DISTILLERIE ITALY Gin Marconi is the result of a long tradition in distilling and of the innovative capacity of the Poli family, who has been distilling with an artisanal still since 1898 in Schiavon, near Bassano del Grappa, in the heart of Veneto. Poli Distillerie Marconi 42 Gin 84PF / 750ML Raw material: juniper berries, rosemary, mint, basil, thyme, cardamom and coriander. Production method: artisanally distilled with Crysopea, vacuum bain-marie pot still. RIGHT GIN SWEDEN, MALMO RIGHT Gin is a Citrus Forward, New Western Style Gin conceived by Lyons Brown. Blended and made in Sweden by Master Blender Henrik Facile. Each of the eight botanicals used are very carefully sourced for the best character, distilled separately under specific conditions special for that botanical, then blended together to create a very elegant, balanced and unique expression of Gin. Sheringham Beacon Gin 86PF / 750ML “Beacon” embodies a sense of place, signifying two monumental sites on Vancouver Island where Sheringham Distillery originated— the iconic Sheringham Point Lighthouse beacon located by our first distillery and the beloved springtime cherry blossom-lined Beacon Hill Park. Brilliant floral and fruitiness of the cherry blossoms deliver polished and rounded edges with soft citrus notes of yuzu and grapefruit, and local green tea leaves and flowers give a delicate herbaceous note through to the finish. BLOODY OLAF INGREDIENTS 1.5 oz Skadi Aquavit

3 oz Tomato Juice

1.5 oz Bloody Mix DIRECTIONS Build a jar, roll several times to fully combine. Garnish with bloody garnish and rosemary schrub.
