JACK RYAN IRELAND, DUBLIN Revived in 2013 for the family’s centenary, Jack Ryan Malt celebrates a legacy beginning with the original Ryan’s Malt. Produced with the Dublin Whiskey Distillery until 1946, this revival restores a century of Irish whiskey tradition to the Ryan name. Jack Ryan 5 Yr Raglan Road 109.8PF / 700ML Jack Ryan Whiskey Co. presents Raglan Road, a 54.9% ABV Cask Strength Single Malt. This 5-year-old collaboration with Brehon Brewhouse is aged in Bourbon and Madeira before finishing in Imperial Stout casks. From Monaghan’s soil to Dublin’s storied streets, it captures the poetic spirit of Kavanagh’s “Raglan Road.” 3,500 bottles, signed and numbered by Eunan Ryan. Jack Ryan 12 Yr Irish Single Malt 92PF / 750ML LIMITED RELEASE On the palate it has a smooth and oily texture, even at 92 proof it is soft and easy to drink. Flavors of fresh pineapple, lemon, oranges, marmalade and ginger snaps with some honey and oak. There is a limited quantity as only 1450 bottles of Jack Ryan 12 YR have been produced. Pearse Distillers Choice 7Yr Irish Whiskey 86PF / 750ML This 7-year-old blend features our own single malt, aged in Kentucky Bourbon and Sherry barrels. A two-time World Whiskies Awards Category Winner (2020/2021), Distiller’s Choice balances heritage with grain and malt complexity. Pearse Founders Choice 12Yr Irish Singl Malt Whiskey 86PF / 750ML Pearse Founder’s Choice is a 12-year-old Single Malt aged in ex Bourbon barrels. The Kentucky Bourbon barrels come from our sister distillery in Lexington.
