DIMMI ITALY Already causing a stir among mixologists, Dimmi Liquore di Milano is a new arrival to the world of Italian spirits. Dimmi Liquore di Milano 70PF / 750ML Dimmi gets its base from northern Italian organic wheat distillation. They infuse the base with a rustic recipe from 1932. Dimmi also includes a second, more modern floral infusion. This infusion adds an essence of peach and apricot flower blossoms and young Nebbiolo grappa. DOLIN FRANCE, SAVOY Dolin is among the few remaining independent producers of vermouth and the last producing Vermouth de Chambéry. Dolin continues to make the authentic product according to the principles which earned Chambéry France’s only A.O. for vermouth back in 1932. Dolin Genepy le Chamois Liqueur 90PF / 750ML Génépy (sometimes spelled Génépi) is a legendary alpine herbal liqueur that dates back many hundreds of years. While comprised of a multitude of alpine herbs, the most prominent is Génépy, a petite variety of artemesia (often translated into English as “mountain sage”) found principally in the high mountains of the Savoy. Enrico Toro Amaro 72 54PF / 750ML Amaro 72 is a liqueur with perfect balance: neither too bitter nor too sweet. With the addition of Centerba 72 herbs, Centerbo Toro is present throughout giving Amaro 72 an intense and In the Abruzzo region, there is the tradition to mix Sambuca (anise-based liqueur) and Centerba Toro. Handed down from father to son, the age-old recipe calls for an infusion of high mountain herbs. In the 1800’s, Torella was referred to as “potable Centerba” to distinguish from Centerba 72. Torella 72 maintains the same characteristic of Centerba 72 with a lower alcohol strength and slight sweetness created from the addition of the fine acacia honey.
