BACHE-GABRIELSEN FRANCE, COGNAC The super-premium cognacs of Bache-Gabrielsen have never been available Stateside – until now. For the first time in its storied 111-year history, this family-owned cognac house is sharing their spirits with us. To mark the occasion, Bache Gabrielsen has debuted the first of its kind, innovative cognac aged in authentic American Oak barrels from Tennessee. Bache-Gabrielsen American Oak 80PF / 700ML The American Oak is a VS–three years in Limousin oak–and finished in used Tennessee Whiskey barrels for another six months giving it distinctive character. Aromas of ripe apricot, pear, vanilla and lingering flavors of coconut, caramel, and chocolate. Perfect Cognac for the bourbon drinker and incredible in cocktails! 92pts Tasting Panel Bache-Gabrielsen Tre Kors Fine 80PF / 750ML Tre Kors is blended from 25% Grande Champagne / Petite Champagne and 75% Fins Bois cognac. Matured in casks for a minimum of two years, creating a deep amber color while maintaining a bouquet marked by fruit and the character of bright Grande Champagne Cognac. 91pts Tasting Panel Bache-Gabrielsen XO decanter 80PF / 700ML This XO is a blend of Ugni Blanc and Folle Blanche grapes sourced from the Fins Bois, Petite Champagne, and Grande Champagne regions. The Limousin oak barrels hold spirit from 10-30 years, with an average age of 20 years at bottling. XO decanter is packaged in a squat decanter and comes in a custom box. Drinks beautifully today and will age gracefully. Bache Gabrielsen Cognac VSOP Triple Cask 80PF / 700ML The Bache Gabrielsen VSOP Triple Cask Cognac has been made with grapes grown across the Fins Bois and Petite Champagne regions; a simple but effective combination that combines elegant floral qualities with rich fruity notes. As with all the wares from this artisanal house, it’s of excellent quality and beautifully presented. Made from 100% Ugni Blanc grapes and aged in Limousin oak for well over the minimum four years required for a VSOP, this is a great introduction to Bache Gabrielsen Cognac.

SAZERAC DE FORGE FRANCE, COGNAC Experience cognac as it was 200 years ago. Our Sazerac de Forge & Fils is named in honor of our roots. Bernard Sazerac de Forge founded a cognac house in France in 1782. The Sazerac Company recently returned to Cognac and acquired Domaine Sazerac de Segonzac to produce our own “Finest Original” cognac. Like Bernard Sazerac de Forge, whose brandies were enjoyed from the 17th to 19th centuries, we are bringing fine cognac to the 21st century. Sazerac de Forge The “Finest Original” Cognac 94PF / 750ML / LIMITED The Sazerac de Forge & Fils “Finest Original” Cognac blend includes cognacs made from several old and rare native grape varieties. This gives us the unique opportunity to enjoy cognac as it was 150 years ago, prior to the Phylloxera epidemic that forever changed the cognac-making process. Blended with cognacs that have aged between seven and fifty years, our cognac is complex, full of character and inevitably produced in very small quantities. It will be a challenge to find around the world, but well worth the search.
