SIEMBRA VALLES MEXICO, EL ARENAL, JALISCO, NOM 1123 Siembra Valles Tequila is produced in the volcanic, mineral rich Tequila valley.“Valles”refers to one of two main regions in the Tequila Denomination of Origin. Siembra Valles is a celebration of the lowland terroir of Tequila. Siembra Valles Aniversario 82PF / 750ML The Siembra Spirits Aniversario series is an annual release of unique and carefully selected Tequilas showcasing the most outstanding examples of traditional production. As a tribute to Destileria Cascahuin founder Salvador Rosales Briseño, his image is featured on the front label. Siembra Valles Blanco 80PF / 750ML The first thing one notices about this tequila is the pristine color and motion. Siembra Valles starts with the silky texture on the palette. Immediately, strong and sweet aromas of cooked agave rise to the nose, that go from citrus to earthy. This prevalent agave scent and taste is a reflection of the process at Cascahuin; principally the use of bagasse in fermentation. This spirit coats your mouth with dry spices, dates, figs, the buttery aroma of orange blossoms, flowers, and copper notes straight from the still. The finish is dry, elegant, and complex, reminiscent of jasmine and lime peel. Once the glass is empty, smell the strong cooked agave and butter scents left. Siembra Valles Blanco High Proof 92PF 92PF / 750ML Uses a slow distillation process that yields a tequila of higher alcohol content. Siembra Valles High Proof is bottled at 92-proof after resting for at least one year in glass demijohns. Siembra Valles Reposado 80PF / 750ML Has a natural sweetness reminiscent of dried fruits, cacao, coffee, tobacco, and vanilla from the barrel, and minerals and roasted notes of the agave. The finish has a pleasant bitterness signifying the maturation of the juice in the Missouri Ozark barrels. TRES BARRICAS MEXICO, JALISCO, NOM 1416 Tres Barricas First Edition is a limited release of 3,000 bottles. Tres Barricas Anejo 80PF / 750ML American Oak Barrel + French Oak (Ex Cognac Casks) + French Oak (Ex Sherry Casks) The marriage between the tequilas matured for 12 months in American White Oak Barrels (Ex Tennessee Whiskey) and French Oak offers a unique product with an excellent balance between the complexity of its’ notes and smoothness in its’ flavor. In its bouquet, you will find notes of cooked agave, butter, caramel, and various fruit notes (peach, banana, and orange). This gentle sensation of fruity notes creates a unique experience on the palate.
