SIEMBRA AZUL ARANDAS, JALISCO, NOM 1414 Siembra Azul is the passion project of famed agave activist David Suro-Pinera, dedicated to spreading knowledge and respect for Mexico’s emblematic spirits. Los Altos de Jalisco or simply, “the highlands”, is a sub-region within the Tequila Denomination of Origin. Siembra Azul, produced by Vivancos y Asociados (NOM 1414), is emblematic of the highland terroir. Siembra Azul Blanco 80PF / 750ML Made from the finest Blue Weber agave, from Arandas, Jalisco. Grown without the use of pesticides in small orchards owned and operated by the Vivanco family. Siembra Azul Reposado 80PF / 750ML Aged for over three months, in our white oak “medium toast” barrels from the Missouri Ozark. A light, honey colored nectar of bold flavor bearing hints of chocolate, butterscotch and almond. SIETE LEGUAS JALISCO, NOM 1120 One of the oldest distilleries in Mexico, Casa Siete Leguas has more than fifty years of experience in the making of tequila by means of a traditional process delivering full-bodied, high quality spirits of refined flavor. Tequila Siete Leguas is steeped in heritage and tradition, Siete Leguas distillery was responsible for producing the “original” Patron Tequila brand, and brand rights were sold to St. Maarten Spirits in 1989. As the brand grew, Tequila Siete Leguas was no longer able to keep up with production, and Patron built a new distillery and moved all production in 2002. Siete Leguas tequila is distilled at two of the brand’s own distilleries, Fábricas El Centenario and La Vencedora. The former employs more traditional methods including the use of two mules to pull the tahona and wild yeast in fermentation while the latter uses a molina (a modern mill) to crush the agaves and their own yeast strain. Both are distilled in copper pot stills and the two are blended. Siete Leguas Reposado 80PF / 700ML / 1.0L Aged in American oak for 8 months. ROOSTER ROJO MEXICO For years, master distiller Arturo Fuentes Cortes dreamed of creating a superior tequila that captured the essence of his beloved homeland, Mexico. That brand is Rooster Rojo Tequila. Born in the heart of the UNESCO-protected Tequila production region, at the foot of Volcan de Tequila, Rooster Rojo’s bold, attractive, and irresistible personality is a marriage of the best in production traditions and cultural heritage. Made from 100% pure Blue Weber agave, Rooster Rojo is aged in controlled humidity to ensure a stable and sustainable process. Each batch is blended at “Fabrica de Tequilas Finos” distillery, to ensure a consistent and delivered-to-perfection taste palate. Staying faithful to traditional Mexican tequila production methods, piñas are halved to preserve sweetness and then twice distilled in stainless steel pot stills to preserve the agave flavours and aromas. The water used for Rooster Rojo tequila blending is filtered through Mexican silver, making the drink softer and smoother. We’re the first-ever tequila brand in the world to use and perfect this technique. The finishing touches are the well Rooster Rojo Blanco is a classic traditional white tequila, initially sweet but swiftly followed by a subtle yet distinct peppery spice. Rojo Blanco excites the senses with its fresh, lively citrus aromas which complement a sweetness that is tinged with a touch of pepper. Its finish is best described as medium length, smooth, and strong but pleasant. Rooster Rojo Tequila Reposado 80PF / 750ML Aged for a minimum of two months in French oak barrels to give it a light oakiness, Rooster Rojo reposado tequila is one of Mexico’s finest tequilas, enjoyed alone or as a mixer. The agave, always grown until maturity in the mineral-rich soils of Los Altos de Jalisco, is distilled to create Rooster Rojo tequila. Rooster Rojo Tequila Anejo 80PF / 750ML Rooster Rojo Añejo is our most mature tequila, aged for at least one year in used bourbon barrels using 100% blue agave to give it its pronounced richness and exceptional smoothness.
