LA ESCONDIDA CHIHUAHUA Grand Mezcal uses 100% agave espadin (Agave Angustifolia Haw by its scientific name), one of the most prized agave varieties grown in the heartland of Oaxaca, to make La Escondida. La Escondida Sotol Blanco 80PF / 700ML Known as the spirit of Mexican American folks, this Sotol is made from the Dasylirion plant from Chihuahua. Processed similarly to agave but has bright, grassy, and earthy tasting notes. SOTOL COYOTE MEXICO Clan Coyote’s handcrafted Sotol Coyote is equal parts art and science. Relying on centuries of experience, it is one of the few drinks in Mexico that retains its ancestral method of preparation. WILD, PURE & NATURAL Sotol Coyote Chihuahua 100PF / 750ML Produced by Maestro Sotolero Gerardo Ruelas in Aldama, Chihuahua from 12–15-year-old Dasylirion Leiophyllum and cooked in a conical stone oven using mesquite wood. It is then crushed by stone and fermented in oak vats using well water before being double distilled in copper pots. Tapatio Reposado 80PF / 750ML Tapatio Reposado is aged for four months in ex-bourbon casks, two months longer than the law dictates. Tapatio Anejo 80PF / 750ML Tapatio Anejo is a 100% agave Tequila from La Altena distillery, home of master distiller Carlos Camarena. A truly authentic handmade Añejo, Tapatio is distilled to strength and bottled without dilution to retain the true flavors of the spirit. This Añejo is aged for 18 months in ex-bourbon casks. Tapatio Excelencia Gran Reserva 80PF / 750ML Tapatio Excelencia Gran Reserva Extra Añejo is matured for around four years. A variety of casks are used, depending on the batch, including French oak and American oak.
