HERB GARDEN SCOTLAND, EDINBURGH, Our Herb Garden Gins are lovingly crafted in the outskirts of Edinburgh, Scotland using 100% natural ingredients. There are no added sugars, artificial colorings, flavorings, or additives… just nature distilled. The botanicals are hand-harvested and dried naturally to ensure the highest quality. Herb Garden Damask Rose & Juniper Gin 86PF / 750ML A lovely golden gin with aromas of rose and hints of juniper. It tastes like Turkish Delight with some light citrus and candied cherry. It’s a gorgeous, delicate gin that is as refreshing as it is beautiful. Herb Garden Lemon Verbena & Juniper Gin 86PF / 750ML A crystal-clear gin with aromas of citrus, lemon sherbet, and hints of herbs. Its zesty flavors are intermingled with juniper. Herb Pink Elderflower & Jasmine & Juniper Gin 86PF / 750ML A delightful light pink gin with aromas of orange and pink grapefruit. On the palate it’s quite exotic with citrus and sweet orange flavors. All the sweetness is coming from the natural residual sugar of the plants. J. Rieger was resurrected in 2014 by Jacob’s great great-great grandson Andy Rieger and Kansas City bartender Ryan Maybee. Together with head distiller Nathan Perry and mentor, world-renowned Tom Nichol, the J. Rieger & Company was reborn. J. Rieger & Co Midwest Dry Gin 92.2PF / 750ML Brilliant clear color. Delicate, green aromas and flavors of fresh herbs, toasted peppercorns and nuts, and delicate piney juniper with a satiny, vibrant, dryish medium body and a warming, complex, medium-length citrus custard, anise candy, minerals, and floral honey on granola finish. A silky, nuanced gin with fine flavor and elegant balance. 92.2PF MIRABEAU FRANCE Before we made a drop of our award-winning Mirabeau Riviera Gin, we wanted to ensure that our vision was perfectly articulated. This gave rise to us be guided by these three essential truths behind our gin: True to Gin. True to the French Riviera. True to Mirabeau. Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin 86PF / 200ML / 750ML At its core, Mirabeau Riviera is a classic dry gin. Mirabeau has used a 100% grape-based neutral spirit which has been upcycled from leftover grape skins, discarded during the wine making process. This adds roundness and subtle fruitiness to the palate. The addition of some of Mirabeau’s Provence Rosé gives luxurious texture to the finished gin. Lemon and coriander add layers of fresh citrus character. Orris and angelica root impart floral and earthy tones, respectively. Rose petals, lavender and jasmine are used sparingly to bring a variety of floral tones. Finally, bay, thyme and rosemary add a finely balanced herbaceous character to the blend.
