Poli Distillerie PO’ di Poli Elegante 80PF / 750M

POLI DISTILLERIE ITALY, VENETO Jacopo Poli is known to be one of the top distillers in the world, it just so happens that the spirits he makes most is grappa. They sit at the foot of the Dolemite mountains, and just over those hills sits the areas of Germany and Alsace most known for making fruit eau de vies. These fruit brandies are a true expression of his distilling genius. Poli Distillerie Arzente Brandy 80PF / 375ML / 750ML A fine 10-YO, single-vintage brandy distilled from wine made from Trebbiano di Soave, low in alcohol, tannins and acidity, It combines the aromas of Trebbiano with toasty notes from oak maturation; smooth, mouth filling and elegant. Poli Distillerie Ciliegie Brandy 80PF / 750ML A fruit brandy made with white Durona cherries from the Marostics Hills in the Veneto. Cherries were brought to this region as early as 64 AD. The fruit is fermented in stainless steel tanks before distillation. Ciliegie di Poli is a clear brandy marked by aromatic notes of cherries and bitter almonds. On the palate, it is smooth with flavors of almonds and cherry blossom. Poli Distillerie Moscato Grape Brandy 80PF / 375ML / 750ML Single-vintage brandy from Moscato Bianco grapes from the Euganei hills. Aged for six months in stainless steel. Clear with pronounced aromas of rose, magnolias and sage. Well-rounded with a light touch of orange citrus on the finish. Poli Distillerie PO’ Moscato Morbida Smooth 80PF / 750ML PO’ di Poli Morbida is an aromatic Grappa featuring a smooth, fruity taste. It is made from the Marc from Orange Blossom Muscat, and White Muscat grapes. Aromas of oranges, tangerines, and a slice of pineapple. Smooth, fruity taste.

Elegante. Marc obtained from Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc grapes. Aromas of dried flowers, broom, hay, juniper. Soft, fine and velvety. 80PF Poli Distillerie Uva Viva Italia Brandy Con Tubo 80PF / 750ML Aromatic Malvasia and White Muscat grape. Clear brandy with pronounced aromas of fresh apricots, pears, and orange blossom. Delicate, fresh, and flavorful, with notes that persist long into the finish.

SINGANI 63 BOLIVIA, TARIJA The national spirit of Bolivia, Singani is a highly aromatic, floral, and citrusy unaged brandy. Singani 63 is unique among spirits to be given both a DO (Designation of Origin) and a GI (Geographical Indication). distilled at the largest singani distillery in Bolivia – Casa Real and master distiller Don Lucho. Singani 63 80PF / 750ML Highly aromatic Muscat of Alexandria grapes destined for singani production are grown at a minimum altitude of 5,250 feet in the Andes Mountains of Bolivia. Oscar-winning director Steven Soderbergh owns and imports Singani 63; discovered while filming Che in Bolivia. Perhaps the most versatile and mixable spirit to be found, with bright and lively flavor unlike any other spirit. Gold Medal Craft Spirit Awards

For 7 years Steven Soderbergh fought tirelessly to get this clear, mixable spirit imported into the US after first drinking it while shooting the movie “Che” in Bolivia. “Up to that point, I was used to drinking something that did one thing. I was going to have to call vodka on the phone and have that conversation – this was serious.” Soderbergh has even co-petitioned (with the Bolivian government) the U.S. Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau to recognize Singani as its own unique category, not unlike Pisco and Cachaça.
