BRANDY CALVADOS

COQUEREL FRANCE Since 1937, Manoir du Coquerel has been producing AOC Certified Calvados in Normandy from a variety of different apples grown on their estate, as well as on neighboring farms that they have been working with for several decades. Calvados Coquerel Fine 80PF / 375ml / 750ml Made with naturally fermented, then distilled apple cider. Aged for 2 years in French Oak Barrels. Aromas and flavors of dried and spiced pear, caramelized nuts, and pepper with a soft, dryish light-to medium body and a tingling, stimulating, breezy finish with notes of apples in cream, delicate spice, minerals, and oak finish. A pleasant, easy drinking Calvados with good versatility.

Calvados Coquerel VSOP 80PF / 750ml

A VSOP with a fruity, floral aromas resulting from a blend of Calvados aged of a minimum of four years. Ambered tints with mahogany glints. A complex nose opening on candied fruits and gingerbread notes evolving towards wood and vanilla scents. Calvados Coquerel XO 80PF / 750ml A deliciously soft, rich, and fruity Calvados made with spirit aged between eight and fifteen years in oak. For the first part of its maturation, Calvados Coquerel is rested in new oak barrels, before being transferred into smaller old barrels with give the spirit its smoothness.

BRANDY COGNAC

NAUD FRANCE, COGNAC Inspired by the tale of a legendary still that lies nestled between willow trees in the hills of Cognac, France, Naud is owned and operated by Jean Michel and Master Distiller Pierre Naud, whose family has been distilling since 1923. Using only copper pot stills and traditional methods, Famille Naud continues to distill Cognac and other spirits in this special place. Naud focuses on the art of actual distillation, priding itself in aging its Cognacs longer than the legal standards of Cognac production, adding to the great quality of their spirits. Naud VS Cognac 80PF / 750ML Copper gold with notes of pear and peach evolving into toasted almonds and cinnamon. The palate is fresh and well-balanced. Aromas of fruit and honey, lingering onto vanilla. This fresh and expressive Cognac is best appreciated neat, on the rocks or in legendary cocktails such as a Julep or a Sidecar. Aged at least 3-years. 93pts Beverage Testing Institute ‘18 Naud VSOP Cognac 80PF / 750ML Deep auburn with hints of gold. Elegant with a hint of vanilla, dried fruit, mild spices, cinnamon, and nutmeg. The palate is supple and fruity, with notes of orange, peach, and a touch of oak on the finish. This soft and seducing Cognac is to be enjoyed by those who enjoy it neat or in cocktails. Aged at least 5-years. Naud XO Cognac 80PF / 750ML Dark amber with smooth and rich with fragrances of candied orange, prune, leather, and cinnamon spice. The palate is complex and long-lasting notes of Seville orange, tobacco, and earth. A truly rich and complex Cognac with extraordinary suppleness. Aged at least 10-years. Naud Extra Cognac 84.6PF / 750ML Mahogany with deep hints of gold, Extra boasts notes of candied orange and quince followed by aromas of mocha and cedar. The palate is bold with persistent notes of orange peel, leather & tobacco, with toasted vanilla at the finish. This strong and masculine cognac embodies the Heritage of the NAUD Master Distillers extensive experience. Aged at least 10 years but contains 30–70-year-old spirits in the blend.

For the first time in its storied 111 year history, this family-owned cognac house is sharing their spirits with us. To mark the occasion, Bache-Gabrielsen has debuted the first of its kind, innovative cognac aged in authentic American Oak barrels from Tennessee. Bache Gabrielsen American Oak Cognac 80PF / 750ML The American Oak is a VS–three years in Limousin oak–and finished in used Tennessee Whiskey barrels for another six months giving it distinctive character. Aromas of ripe apricot, pear, vanilla and lingering flavors of coconut, caramel, and chocolate. Perfect Cognac for the bourbon drinker and incredible in cocktails! 92pts Tasting Panel Bache Gabrielsen Tre Kors VS Cognac 80PF / 750ML Tre Kors is blended from 25% Grande Champagne / Petite Champagne and 75% Fins Bois cognac. Matured in casks for a minimum of two years, creating a deep amber color while maintaining a bouquet marked by fruit and the character of bright Grande Champagne Cognac. 91pts Tasting Panel Bache Gabrielsen XO Cognac - Decanter 80PF / 750ML This XO is a blend of Ugni Blanc and Folle Blanche grapes sourced from the Fins Bois, Petite Champagne, and Grande Champagne regions. The Limousin oak barrels hold spirit from 10-30 years, with an average age of 20 years at bottling. XO Decanter is packaged in a squat decanter and comes in a custom box. Drinks beautifully today and will age gracefully.
