CHATEAU DE MANIBAN FRANCE, ARMAGNAC Château de Maniban is situated in the Bas Armagnac region. The 16 hectares estate is planted with four grapes: Folle Blanche (the “Piquepoult” historical grape variety producing elegant, floral eaux-de-vie), Ugni Blanc (the distillation grape par excellence producing high quality eaux-de-vie), Colombard (with fruity and spicy aromas perfect for blends & Baco (bringing smoothness and aromas of ripe fruits). Maniban Chateau de Bas Armagnac VS 85PF / 750ML Blend of at least 3 years old Ugni Blanc and Colombard eaux de-vie. Gold color. Delicate nose of white flowers, hawthorn, supported by gentle woody notes. Very soft palate with fresh prune aromas. Roasted coffee finish. Maniban Chateau de Bas Armagnac VSOP 80PF / 750ML Blend of 6 years old Ugni Blanc and Colombard eaux-de-vie. Gold color. Fresh floral nose with salted caramel and discreet woody notes. Fresh plum on the palate, backed by delicate tannins and a mild cocoa finish. Maniban Chateau De Bas Armagnac XO 80PF / 750ML Rich and spiced, the aroma is reminiscent of a wintry punch. The palate shows sweetness and more spice, plus a hint of resin. Look for milk chocolate, hazelnut, brown sugar and dried dates flavors as well. These tones finish gently, elegantly and lightly spiced. 93pts Wine enthusiast and Petite Champagne regions; a simple but effective combination that combines elegant floral qualities with rich fruity notes. As with all the wares from this artisanal house, it’s of excellent quality and beautifully presented. Made from 100% Ugni Blanc grapes and aged in Limousin oak for well over the minimum four years required for a VSOP, this is a great introduction to Bache Gabrielsen Cognac. Bache Gabrielsen XO Cognac Decanter 80PF / 700ML This XO is a blend of Ugni Blanc and Folle Blanche grapes sourced from the Fins Bois, Petite Champagne, and Grande Champagne regions. The Limousin oak barrels hold spirit from 10-30 years, with an average age of 20 years at bottling. XO Decanter is packaged in a squat decanter and comes in a custom box. A deliciously soft, rich, and fruity Calvados made with spirit aged between eight and fifteen years in oak. For the first part of its maturation, Calvados Coquerel is rested in new oak barrels, before being transferred into smaller old barrels with give the spirit its smoothness.

For the first time in its storied 111-year history, this family-owned cognac house is sharing their spirits with us. To mark the occasion, Bache-Gabrielsen has debuted the first of its kind, innovative cognac aged in authentic American Oak barrels from Tennessee. Bache Gabrielsen Tre Kors VS Fine Cognac 80PF / 750ML Tre Kors is blended from 25% Grande Champagne / Petite Champagne and 75% Fins Bois cognac. Matured in casks for a minimum of two years, creating a deep amber color while maintaining a bouquet marked by fruit and the character of bright Grande Champagne Cognac. 91pts Tasting Panel Bache Gabrielsen American Oak Cognac 80PF / 700ML
Pineau des Charentes is made on the day of harvest, by blending white grape juice which is rich in sugar, and a very young high alcohol content cognac, it is then put into casks to be aged for a minimum of 1 year ( Pineau des Charentes), 5 years (for a Vieux Pineau des Charentes), 10 years (for a Très Vieux Pineau des Charentes). The Très Vieux Pineau Bache-Gabrielsen presents aromas on the nose of honey, prunes and candied orange. Fruity on the palate with aromas of hazelnut butter, dried fruit and gingerbread. Rich with the vanilla aroma from the limousin oak, it is round and supple and presents a very marked pineau rancio.
The American Oak is a VS, spending three years in Limousin oak and six months in used Tennessee Whiskey barrels creating distinctive character. Aromas of ripe apricot, pear, vanilla and lingering flavors of coconut, caramel, and chocolate.
