KUBLER SWITZERLAND Kübler Absinthe is a traditional Swiss style of absinthe, hailing from the birthplace of Absinthe, Val-de-Travers, Switzerland. Currently produced by Yves Kübler, the fourth-generation master distiller – in accordance with original award-winning family recipes dating back to 1863 and 1875, and only utilizing the highest quality wormwood, sourced specifically from the unique terroir of the region. Kubler Absinthe Superieure 106PF / 1.0L An original family recipe dating back to 1863, consisting of nine distinct botanicals, macerated, and distilled. “La Bleue” or “Blanche Absinthe”. Kubler Absinthe Verte Suisse 144PF / 375ML An original family recipe dating back to 1879, consisting of three distinct botanicals macerated and distilled, and an additional four botanicals held in secondary maceration. MATA HARI AUSTRIA, VIENNA Mata Hari is a bohemian style absinthe from Vienna, Austria, made by the Fischer family since 1881. It’s “Bohemian”style means it had a milder anise flavor, allowing it more versatility in cocktails. It’s named after the exotic dancer and international spy, Mata Hari. It is currently the only Bohemian absinthe available in the United States! Mata Hari Absinthe 120PF / 750ML Bohemian-style absinth lacks much of the herbal profile and density of authentic absinthe. It is traditionally drank in a ‘fire ritual’ cocktail, prepared by pouring absinthe over a sugar cube into a glass and then light cube on fire to caramelize the sugar before dissolving it into the glass and adding water.
RINOMATO ITALY, PIEDMONT A line of aperitivi produced in the heart of Italy’s historic aperitivo region – Asti, Piedmont in collaboration with legendary barman Giancarlo Mancino. The distinct aromas are a product of meticulous ingredient sourcing from small family farms spanning 4 continents. The intense palate is ensured by timely crushing of botanicals on the production line, using a vintage botanical mill from the 1930s. Only then, and with great patience, do the blending and clarification processes bind all ingredients and flavors together, creating a structured, sophisticated, and refined Botanicals include bergamot, rhubarb, Roman wormwood, mandarin, angostura bark, chiretta, gentian, lavender, cinchona bark, vanilla, aloe, and cascarilla bark. A mélange of quality Italian white wines provide acidity, structure, and floral notes. Gentian from France’s Massif Centrale region provides dry and tannic layers. Succulent aromas of panettone, fresh bergamot and mandarin evolve into a gripping, complex and root-driven palate. Rinomato Apertivo Deciso 28PF / 1.0L Rich aromas of orange peel, vanilla, gentian root, cinchona bark, and wormwood. An initial sweetness on the palate carries those aromas into a long and ever-intensifying bitter finish that remains in perfect balance with texture and spice. Rinomato Bitter Scuro 46PF / 1.0L Deep purple hue highlights the depth and character of Bitter Scuro. Bright citrus complements a gentian, juniper, and wormwood grip while hints of vanilla and sugarcane soften its edges. Finishes dry, bitter, and complex with rhubarb, chiretta, and other classic amaro spices shining through the lingering gentian backbone of this exceptional bitter liqueur. beverage with great depth and balance. Soda or Seltzer Slice of orange
PREPARATION Fill a glass with ice Pour 60 ml of Prosecco followed by 40 ml of Bitter Nardini Add a splash of Soda or Seltzer Stir gently with a stirrer Garnish with a slice of orange
