Ancram, New York Hillrock’s mission is to produce the finest hand-crafted spirit made with their own grain, floor malted, craft distilled in their copper pot still, aged in fine oak and hand bottled at an estate in the Hudson Valley Highlands. Hillrock, Solera Bourbon The World’s first Solera Bourbon. No barrel is ever fully emptied, and each barrel is occasionally partially emptied and then filled with new whiskey before being finished in 20 year old Oloroso Sherry Casks to balance flavors and add layers of complexity. The final product has an average age of 9.5 years and is one of the most awarded American whiskeys available.
