Roads End Rum is reminiscent of early 20th century Jamaican rums and the antithesis of modern flavorless mass-produced rums. Although produced as rum industrial (molasses based rums), this rum walks the line of rhum agricole (sugar case based rums) with its robust profile. Big, bold, hearty, earth-like, and tropical notes of organic blackstrap molasses lands firmly both on the nose and the palate, but finishes with a soft, mellow sweetness.
