ARTENOM JALISCO Tequila ArteNOM presents aficionados with the personal selections of world-class artisan tequila distillers. These limited release Selecciones celebrate the best of tequila craftsmanship by highlighting the agave cultivation altitude,

the four founding families of the modern tequila industry. Our award-winning tequila is made with 100% blue Weber agave using old-world methods passed down for generations. Our hand-harvested agave piñas are cooked in traditional-style masonry brick ovens, imparting nuances of cinnamon, clove, and other warming spices from the process of caramelizing sugars. Batanga Blanco Tequila 80PF / 50ML / 750ML Batanga Tequila Blanco offers extraordinary brilliance, clarity and a great body. It’s crisp with flavors of pineapple, guava,

soil and masterful distillation techniques of different tequila producing regions. We invite you to savor these personal distillers’ selections and celebrate their particular art of distinction, the Art of their NOM. No two ArteNOM selecciones will ever be the same.

CASA MEXA JALISCO Mexa Ancestral Blanco Tequila is a collaborative project with Marco Jauregui, a fourth-generation tequila producer whose ancestors started farming agaves in the lowlands of Jalisco

in the early 1900s. Mexa Tequila is known for its dedication to quality and traditional production methods, including the use of a tahona, a large volcanic stone wheel used to crush cooked agave, in the production process. Tequila Mexa Ancestral 104PF / 750ML Ancestral is the only tequila in several hundred years to be hand macerated. Tequileros bash the roasted agave with large wooden mallets for hours at a time until the sweet juices are extracted. Oak mallets impart a unique woody flavor, and no agave flavor is lost to machinery. Tequila Mexa Tahona 96PF / 750ML

ArteNOM Seleccion de 1146 Tequila Añejo Bar 82PF / 375ML / 750ML From agave grown at 4,620’ elevation, this Añejo was aged for nearly three years in Loire Valley French oak before finishing for a final fourth year in used Tennessee rye casks.

ArteNOM Seleccion de 1414 Tequila Reposado 82PF / 375ML / 750ML One of the most terroir-driven flavors in the business, agave grown at 5,400’ elevation and fermented using field-derived yeast. 90 PTS Wine Enthusiast

This Blanco Tequila is the result of careful selection of the finest blue agave plants, which are harvested at peak maturity and cooked in traditional brick ovens before being crushed by the tahona wheel. The use of the Tahona method is a rare and traditional practice that results in tequila with a unique flavor profile that sets it apart from less traditional tequilas. The resulting juice is then fermented using natural yeast and distilled in copper pot stills to preserve the natural flavors and aromas of the agave.

ArteNOM Seleccion de 1579 Tequila Blanco 81.4PF / 375ML / 750ML Using tequila’s highest altitude agave from 6,079’, Felipe Camarena crafts this bright, aromatic tequila from stressed hillside agave, slowly roasted in brick ovens, macerated intact with fiber for a pronounced flavor, and distilled with rainwater.
