Compound Style Gin

● RIGHT Gin is one of the first compound style gins, first developed in 2009. This style of Gin has each individual botanical distilled separately - under a specific vacuum pressure and temperature to best extract the essence of that particular botanical - and then blended. ● This process enables a blend that is more similar to how a perfumer will construct aromas - built upon base, secondary and tertiary notes. This also allows for more exact isolation of desirable and undesirable flavor characteristics - for example reducing the oily and bitter qualities of Juniper Berry, while still isolating the flavor of Juniper itself.
