● A self-regulating, independent body of distillers, bartenders, and producers from multiple countries - whose mission is to promote and maintain traditional production standards in rum. ● Producer countries represented: Jamaica, Thailand, Mauritius, Haiti, Puerto Rico, Antigua, Barbados, Martinique, USA, Grenada, Marie Galante, St. Lucia, Reunion ● “Guardians recognize that other rum producers may choose to modify their rum, or do things differently than traditional production methods and we celebrate that diversity. Our goal is to protect a specific form of traditional rum production. We invite everyone to join us in recognizing and supporting the protection of these traditional methods.
