The potatoes are harvested between March & April to ensure their creamy character stays alive all the way to the bottle, producing a vodka of unrivalled character with a silky, creamy finish. This is a truly exceptional vodka with an ultra-smooth and velvety taste. HELIX 7 ICELAND, REYKJAVIK We source the highest quality wheat from the champagne region of France. This premium spirit is then shipped to Iceland where its carbon filter and blended with Icelandic water. Icelandic water has a very low mineral content and a high alkaline level which ensures a clean crisp taste to the end product. Helix 7 Vodka 80PF / 750ML / 1.0L

Helix is the first of its kind: a masterwork of French winter wheat spirit and low-mineral Icelandic water. Named for the dual strands of DNA, it is perfectly balanced at a pH of 7.4. This ultra-premium vodka is noticeably
