EXPOSICIÓN PANAMÁ-PACIFIC PANAMA Exposición Panamá-Pacific Rum is a Spanish-style molasses derived rum made at the Ingenio San Carlos distillery in Panama. Production begins deep in the country’s interior, in the Provencia de Herrera region, where we harvest our sugar cane. Once harvested, we extract the succulent juices within a short twelve-hour window in order to retain their bright, fresh sweetness. begins with freshly distilled sugarcane being laid into used American Oak bourbon whiskey casks for initially for 3 years before a 6-year finishing in used Tennessee and Canadian rye whiskey casks that have been toasted, not charred. Panamá-Pacific 3yr Blanco 80PF / 1.0L Our Blanco 3 Year rum displays subtle tropical aromas of gardenia and jasmine balanced with a vegetal tang of fresh green sugarcane. Flavors of banana pudding with vanilla wafer cookies, jungle-fresh papaya, and shortbread are balanced by a gentle acidity. The dry finish carries notes of white pepper, cinnamon, and pistachio. Panamá-Pacific Rum 5yr 85.7PF / 750ML The nose on the 5 Year displays prominent honeysuckle blooms mixed with soft vanilla and dark caramel. The aromas carry through to a palate of sweet-tart caramel Granny Smith apple that develops into Asian pear and honeydew melon. The finish is soft and long, with lingering cedar notes. Panamá-Pacific Rum 9yrs 94.6PF / 750ML Aromas of warm butter, flan caramel custard, and golden raisin that float over a bed of spiced dried cherry and apricot. A sweet caramel palate quickly gives way to charred wet wood, with golden raisin close behind, before subtle coconut husk and banana notes lead to a nice, long, buttery wood finish. Panamá-Pacific Rum 15yr 84.2PF / 750ML For the 15 Year expression, freshly distilled sugarcane is laid into used American Oak bourbon whiskey casks for initially for 3 years before a 12-year finishing in used Tennessee and Canadian rye whiskey casks that have been toasted, not charred. Panamá-Pacific Rum 23yrs 84.6PF / 750ML This rum opens with aromas of vanilla, tannins, and sugar toasted in Irish butter that meld with coconut, banana, and cherry-almond pastry. The palate presents a delicate caramel butter, before a bright warmth leading to rich wood, a little more cherry almond, then crushed cacao nibs. EL DORADO CARRIBEAN, DEMERARA Created on the banks of Demerara, our smooth and uniquely complex El Dorado aged rums represent over 300 years of Caribbean rum crafting. Faithfully continuing to use our original wooden heritage stills, we are masters in skilfully coaxing out rich & diverse characters from within the spirit. We are patient. Very patient. El Dorado 3yr 80PF / 750ML Laid down in oak barrels for at least three years, this rum is then double filtered through natural charcoal to remove colour, resulting in a spirit that is incredibly smooth and versatile. Citrus and vanilla nose enhanced by notes of chocolate and raisins. Smooth rounded palate with coconut – fruity with a dry rounded finish. Balanced yet full flavoured. El Dorado 5yr 80PF / 750ML / 1.0L Laid down in oak barrels for at least five years, this rum is imbued with unsurpassed dimensions and depth. Enjoyed best straight or on the rocks. Lively with a dried tropical fruit nose with aromas of caramel, butterscotch and molasses. A vibrant spicy entry leads to an evolving palate of fruit, caramel and toasted coconut, fading to a vanilla-tinted glow. El Dorado 8yr 80PF / 750ML Created by our Master Blender, this rum was laid down in oak barrels for at least eight years producing a smooth and characterful blend that is perfect for sipping or for use in craft cocktails. Light to medium-bodied nose with hints of tobacco mixed with caramel toffee. Faint aroma of dried stone fruits and flambée banana. Soft and faintly sweet mouthfeel with traces of oak and butterscotch. The El Dorado 12 Year Old possesses a rich fruity bouquet of explosive flavours, owing largely to the estery richness acquired from the EHP Wooden Coffey and Metal Coffey Stills. Lush tropical fruit and spice nose with hints of honey and dark sugar. Mellow, full bodied with rich flavours of fruits and spice. A delightful, elegant and dry finish. The El Dorado 15 Year Old is artfully blended using marques from the EHP Wooden Coffey, the Metal Coffey, the Port Mourant Double Wooden Pot Still and the Versailles Single Wooden Pot Still. Its unmistakeable taste is achieved from the Port Mourant Double Wooden Pot Still, which provides an earthy, peat-like finish. Full nose packed with dark coffee, candied orange, almonds, dark chocolate, pepper and vanilla. Flavours of grilled tropical fruit with smooth oaky spice – moderately full bodied.
