Mash bill is 68% corn, 14% wheat, 9% rye, 9% malt. Crafted to optimize the balance between the sweet silky mouthfeel from wheat with the spiciness of rye. At 100 proof it will stand up in any of your favorite cocktails, while remaining smooth and enjoyable as a neat pour. Oppidan Smoke + Sea Straight Bourbon 92PF / 750ML Oppidan Smoke + Sea is a combination of our 4 Grain Straight Bourbon and Solera Aged Bourbon mash bills, finished in French oak and peated Islay scotch barrels. The French oak adds structure and dark fruit notes while the Islay casks add a layer of smoke, earth, and sea to our already malty and chocolaty bourbon. Bourbon on the nose and front palette with a briny and peaty finish. Oppidan Malted Rye Whiskey 92PF / 750ML Our signature malted rye whiskey was guided by this concept and is made from 100% rye malt. It embodies the soft, peppery taste and distinctive sweetness of malted rye, with a firm, assertive character. Enjoy its bold personality neat or mixed in your favorite rye whiskey cocktails. Double Casked Straight Bourbon Whiskey is carefully handcrafted and aged in new American oak casks for a minimum of two years, then extra matured in wine casks formerly housing Merlot and Chardonnay. The casks are first rinsed with high-proof, aged Brandy allowing the Bourbon to take on a new character which adds depth and complexity with a hint of fruit. This straight bourbon whisky is aged for a minimum of four years prior to additional maturation in French Oak casks (Merlot & Chardonnay) that have been rinsed with high proof brandy. When ideal flavor and balance are achieved, Happy Warrior is hand-bottled straight from the cask. Incredibly smooth and well rounded sweet flavor. Complex hints of caramel, vanilla and with a wonderful warm finish. Bull Moose Three Barrel Rye Whiskey 90PF / 750ML You will not find a higher quality rye at a better price. Hand-crafted and aged in three types of casks to add complexity and richness. The journey begins in New American Oak casks where the Rye Whisky takes on spicy, sweet cinnamon flavors. When the time is right, the whisky is moved to casks that had just held straight bourbon, where the rye and bourbon flavors get to know each other better.
