DEMERARA DISTILLERS GUYANA Demerara County has been steeped in the history of sugar and rum production since the 17th century. Today, Demerara Distillers operates the last remaining distillery in Guyana at Plantation Diamond on the East bank of the Demerara River. Here they have consolidated all the old original stills, marques and traditional skills which make Demerara Rum so distinctive. Diamond Reserve Overproof 151 151PF / 750ML Crafted from the French Savalle Stills, this rum is aged at least 6 months to a year and bottled at cask strength. El Dorado 3 Year Old Rum 80PF / 750ML This superbly balanced mixing rum is twice filtered through natural charcoal for great clarity and purity, then aged for at least 3 years in 45 gallon ex-bourbon oak casks. Its incredibly smooth and unique flavour profile, ideal for all cocktails – especially Caribbean and South American styles – is a product of a combination of the traditional Skeldon and Blairmont marques. Silver Medal International Wine & Spirit Competition El Dorado 5 Year Old Rum 80PF / 750ML / 1.0L This remarkably developed and complex medium-aged rum has a distinctive delicate taste and is aged for a minimum of 5 years in bourbon oak barrels. Its unique character comes from the skillful blending of traditional aged rums from the Uitvlugt Savalle Still and the Enmore wooden Coffey Still. Gold Medal Ministry of Rum Tasting Competition El Dorado 8 Year Old Rum 80PF / 750ML This 8 Year Old rum is a complex fusion of a full flavoured, heavy bodied rum with light-to-medium bodied rums aged in bourbon oak casks – creating a sumptuous smooth sipping rum which can also form the basis of memorable cocktails.

C PISCO was born. Control C Pisco 80PF / 750ML

Pisco Control C is the only pisco which is distilled three times in copper alembics, creating a pure and transparent quality product. Distillation takes around 10 hours, and according to Chilean law, it is discontinuous. This means, it should only be made in copper stills. Through this, you can separate head, heart and tail. The heart or body is the base of pisquero alcohol. Pisco Control C is a product elaborated mainly from the finest grapes: Pedro Jimenez and Moscatel. These grapes come from the Limarí Valley in Chile, a land inhabitated by the Diaguita Culture, very well known for their worship to the sun.

A blend of specially selected aged rums, the youngest no less than 12 years old. A combination of Enmore and Diamond Coffey stills and the Port Mourant double wooden pot still, blended to perfection and aged in old bourbon casks.
