High N’ Wicked Saints & Scholars III Irish Whiskey 20Yr 110PF / 750ML A selection of outstanding 20 Year Aged Single Malt Irish Whiskey Single Barrels, distilled by Noel Sweeney, from his personal single barrel collection. Bottled at cask strengths, individually numbered by barrel and bottle – Non chill-filtered. No additives. High N’ Wicked ”The Wild Rover” Irish Single Malt 116.8PF / 750ML A triple distilled single malt Irish Whiskey, double-cask matured in Ex-Bourbon and then finished in Ex-Pedro Jimenez Sherry Casks. Bottled at Cask Strength. Released August 2021. PEARSE LYONS IRELAND, DUBLIN Pearse Lyons Distillery opened its doors in 2017 and produces a line of award-winning Irish Whiskeys. The Pearse 5-Year-Old Single Malt was the first to be produced by a new distillery in Ireland in more than 25 years, marking a historic milestone in the re-evolution of the Irish Whiskey industry. In 2019, the distillery began making single pot still whiskey, the traditional style of distilling in Ireland. Pearse The Original 5Yr Irish Whiskey 86PF / 750ML The Original is a blended 5-Year-Old Irish Whiskey of malt and grain, aged in Town Branch Kentucky ex-Bourbon barrels from our sister distillery in Lexington. Pearse Distillers Choice 7Yr Irish Whiskey 86PF / 750ML Distiller’s Choice is a blended 7-Year-Old Irish Whiskey of grain and malt whiskeys predominantly aged in ex-Bourbon barrels with a small amount of Sherry barrel aged whiskey in the mix. The Kentucky Bourbon barrels come from our sister distillery in Lexington. This Irish Whiskey contains our own single malt. 2020 and 2021 World Whiskies Awards Category Winner, Blended Irish Whiskeys 12 Years and Under. Pearse Founders Choice 12Yr Irish Singl Malt Whiskey 86PF / 750ML Pearse Founder’s Choice is a 12-year-old Single Malt aged in ex Bourbon barrels. The Kentucky Bourbon barrels come from our sister distillery in Lexington.
