HILLROCK ESTATE DISTILLERY NEW YORK Our mission is to produce the finest hand-crafted spirits made with our own grain, floor malted, craft distilled in our copper pot still, aged in fine oak and hand bottled at our estate in the Hudson Valley Highlands. Hillrock is proud to be one of the few “field-to-glass” whiskey producers in the world and the first USA distillery since before Prohibition to floor malt and hand craft whiskey on site from estate grown grain. Hillrock Solera Aged Bourbon Cask Strength 113.8PF / 750ML ‘Solera’ - a stack of barrels where a small portion of whiskey is removed periodically, and new whiskey is added. No barrel is ever fully emptied, and age and complexity gradually increase over time. Hillrock marries small barrel aged Hillrock Estate Bourbon with mature seed bourbon before finishing in 20-year-old Oloroso Sherry casks to balance the flavors and add layers of complexity… Current average age of the Hillrock Solera Bourbon is over 9 years, and the rye content is approximately 37%. Rieger & Co. is a Kansas City, Missouri distillery, founded by Jacob Rieger in 1887. It was shut down in December 1919 due to the onset of federal Prohibition. and reestablished in 2014 by co-founders Andy Rieger and Ryan Maybee. Rieger’s Kansas City Whiskey 92PF / 750ML A blend of Straight Bourbon Whiskey, Light Corn Whiskey, and Straight Rye Whiskey, all aged at least 4 years, as well as a small amount of 15-year-old Oloroso Sherry from the Williams & Humbert Bodega in Jerez. Rich flavors of orange marmalade, cracked pepper, and lightly toasted coconut are followed by a long finish with hints of mild tobacco and a toffee-like sweetness.

Grandma Chris Montgomery grew up on this family ranch, now residing there with Grandma Tom Montgomery where they enjoy working hard and hosting friends and family. Our combination pot-column still was made for us by Germany’s oldest still maker, Christian Carl. Distillers Chad Larrabee and Christopher Conley have piloted the stillroom since 2012 and continue to create new and intriguing spirits that garner international recognition. Montgomery Mama Tried Bourbon 90PF / 750ML ALLOCATED – YEARLY RELEASE Aged at least 2 years. Merle Haggard and the Grateful Dead. Missoula and Lewistown. Mama Tried marries the hard tack of the cowpuncher with the mellow hippie into a heavenly whiskey. Despite our Mama’s best efforts, we keep returning to this. Montgomery Sudden Wisdom Rye 80PF / 750ML With heartening notes of spice, dried ripe apple, and autumn leather, Sudden Wisdom is made from 100% rye, Made from Montana barley malted near Great Falls, the first Montgomery Single Malt barrels were set down in 2013. Toffee, malt and winter spice mix with nougat and baked apple on the finish. Our four-, five-, and six-year old releases continue to improve each year.
