FIELD & SOUND USA, LONG ISLAND, NY Long Island Spirits, founded in 2007, was the first craft distillery since the 1800’s to open on Long Island, in Baiting Hollow, NY. Field & Sound Straight Bourbon Field & Sound is distilled by Long Island Spirits on the North Fork of Long Island, New York. Using the finest locally grown field corn, winter rye and malted barley; combined with sweet mash fermentation, traditional pot distillation methods and lengthy aging by the bluffs of the Long Island Sound, our High Rye Straight Bourbon Whiskey delivers a truly unique, and finely balanced sensory experience. MONTGOMERY DISTILLERY USA, MONTANA Our farm has been in the family nigh on 90 years, sitting on one of the largest spring creeks in Montana, which irrigates our grains. Grandma Chris Montgomery grew up on this family ranch, now residing there with Grandma Tom Montgomery where they enjoy working hard and hosting friends and family. Our combination pot-column still was made for us by Germany’s oldest still maker, Christian Carl. Distillers Chad Larrabee and Christopher Conley have piloted the stillroom since 2012 and continue to create new and intriguing spirits that garner international recognition. CHUCKANUT BAY USA, BELLINGHAM, WA Chuckanut Bay Distillery began in 2011, the brainchild of Matt Howell and Kelly Andrews, longtime friends who share a passion for premium distilled spirits and challenging projects. Chuckanut Bay Bourbon 750ml / 96PF We source local corn, wheat, and rye and grind the grains on site. We mash and ferment in small batches in our traditional wooden fermenters before pot still distillation. Aged in charred American White Oak barrels from the Independent Stave Company in Kentucky.

In 1871 Cyrus Noble Bourbon became a favorite amongst San Franciscans and those with gold rush fever, thirsty for Kentucky made whiskey. The Haas Brothers, who have owned the label since 1922, are now bringing it back by sourcing some fine casks from Kentucky and bottling it under their old trademark. Cyrus Noble Small Batch Bourbon 750ml / 90PF Straight bourbon produced in Kentucky and aged five years in new American white oak barrel casks. Rich and velvety with notes of caramel, toasted hazelnut and buttery toffee. Craft distilled in small batches from a family mashbill recipe—with each bottling re ecting the spirit and character of a hand made, intimate and unrushed production method.
