After the recipe was re-discovered in the Maison Boudier archives, it resulted in the revival of this unique gin. From London to Pondicherry, Saffron Gin is the aperitif for festive occasions, with a promise of the exotic. Tawny-hued from the addition of saffron. 1/2 oz dry vermouth Lemon twist or lemon peel for garnish (optional) DIRECTIONS Fill a mixing glass with ice.
