BROVO USA, WASHINGTON BROVO Gin is one of the newest additions to our line up. We’re a west coast distillery who make a London Dry Style gin. Brovo London Dry Gin 80PF / 1.0L We start with a corn base, then distill in juniper, lemon peel, coriander, angelica, licorice root, rose buds and cardamom. We add a little glycerin for mouth feel. It makes a great cocktailing gin. COQUEREL FRANCE Gin Normindia was created by Pierre, the third generation of the Domaine du Coquerel family after he joined the family distillery, which has produced Calvados, Pommeau and cider since 1937. Coquerel Normindia Gin 82.8PF / 750ML Gin Normindia is 100% produced at the estate with 4 to 12 days of maceration in a stainless steel vat before it is distilled in the smallest Calvados copper still. There are a total of 15 botanicals, including apple, orange, cinnamon, juniper, lily, clove, ginger and coriander. DYFI DISTILLERY WALES Our passion is to produce an exceptional gin of world class quality, which could come from nowhere else. Dyfi is recognised by UNESCO as a World Biosphere Reserve and provides us with an enviable and unique flora spectrum to draw upon, as well as a meticulous selection of the finest classic gin botanicals. Dyfi Pollination Gin 90PF / 750ML Pollination Gin is made with 29 botanicals including 19 which are locally foraged, including chamomile, lemon balm, rowan berry and bramble. Produced in the hills of the Langhe region of Barolo, one of the most celebrated wine-growing areas in the world and a Unesco heritage site. Using only native herbs sourced locally in the Langhe and the Piedmontese Alps, and picked by hand. With the rediscovery of an 18th-century wood fired still and the help of a vastly-experienced master distiller, new life has been breathed back into long-lost, age-old recipes from both their own families and the cultural heritage of Piedmont.
