ARGIOLAS ITALY The Argiolas family has worked diligently to become the leader in Sardinian enology and insists on using native Sardinian vines. Argiolas Tremontis Mirto 750ml / 60PF A unique Sardinian liqueur made from the berries of the Mirto (Myrtle) plant. Violet red in color with herbal aromas, it is bittersweet on the palate and backed by flavors of mint, eucalyptus, juniper and spices. Indeed, only Crème de Cassis de Dijon has to be made without preservatives or coloring, with a limited addition of sugar dissolved directly into the alcoholic juice of the blackcurrant berries at cold temperature. Obtained by macerating selected raspberry varieties from Scotland and Burgundy. Add to champagne and sparkling wines to produce a delicious aperitif. MIRTO’S REVENGE INGREDIENTS 3 thyme sprigs, plus extra for garnish 3 dashes Angostura bitters 1½oz Rye Whiskey 1oz Argiolas Mirto liqueur 1oz ginger beer 1 lemon rind, for garnish DIRECTIONS
Muddle the thyme and bitters in a pint glass. Add the whiskey and mirto, and fill the shaker with ice. Stir and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with thyme sprigs and a lemon rind.
BLY USA, PENNSYLVANIA Using locally sourced ingredients, their spirits are created to stand out in a market cluttered with mediocrity, to demonstrate true craftsmanship in distilling. BLY Rum Ancho Chili Liqueur 750ml / 80PF BLY Ancho Chili Liqueur is a rum-based liqueur that is created by infusing chopped Ancho chili peppers (along with the seeds) in BLY 105 Rum for several days. The infusion is then filtered and brought down to 80 proof with simple syrup. The end result is a rum-based liqueur complimented by authentic Ancho chili flavors.

Gabriel Boudier Pamplemousse 750ml / 40PF
Shake and single strain into rocks glass. Add fresh rocks. Garnish lime wheel with a pinch of Sancho or fancy salt.
This high quality liqueur gets it’s flavor from the maceration of 100% real grapefruit. The sweetness is balanced perfectly with the clean, tart flavor of citrus.
