These casks underwent 30 years of incomparable aging in Spain—first holding 1992 Pedro Ximénez for 17 years, followed by a 13 year seasoning with extra-old 1948 Pedro Ximénez. Filled while still “wet” to preserve their rich character, the barrels were sampled every 30 days until reaching a perfect, sophisticated flavor profile that bridges Kentucky tradition with storied European heritage.
