All our spirits are crafted in a style that reflects the individual character of these trailblazers and are proofed with pristine water from our Napa Valley Estate. Great Women Spirits Hypatia Rubi Amaro 48PF / 750ML Including nearly 20 different botanicals ranging from savory to sweet, Hypatia is proofed with Napa Valley spring water from the Coppola family’s estate and mixed with organic cane sugar and cochineal extract for authentic carmine coloring. On entry, notes of bitter blood orange peel, while a lemon verbena floral lift coats the mouth. Followed by maraschino cherry, orange, black tea spice, savory mushroom and toasted walnut weight filling out the mouth. The palate has a “grown up” bittersweet taste, achieved by the addition of sugar
Swedish Punsch is a liqueur of two histories—a national drink in Sweden, and a component of more than fifty classic cocktails. Made with rums from the West Indies (Demerara and Jamaica) and East Indies (Batavia Arrack) and numerous spice and bitter flavors, KRONAN has exceptional depth and complexity, particularly with a bit of citrus added.

At its heart are three Artemisia plants—Grand Absinthe, Petit Absinthe, and Genepi—complemented by anise, fennel, and coriander. To ensure consistent perfection, each of the nine botanicals is individually distilled before being masterfully blended.

This amaro is unique in that it is brought to proof (bottling strength) using cold brewed coffee from KC roaster Thou Mayest. J. Rieger Caffe Amaro 62PF / 750ML Gentian, orange peel, cardamom, and mint are macerated into wheat spirit then blended with cold brew.
LAGOON BAY ICELAND Produced in Iceland on the Reykjanes Peninsula, using macerated botanicals to capture a bitter yet fruity flavor.
KLEOS GREECE Kleos is a female-lead brand owned by Effie Panagopoulos. The spirit Kleos is made from mastiha, a resin that is secreted by the mastiha (or skinos) tree, which can only be found in one place in the world: Greece’s fifth-largest island, Chios. Kleos Mastiha Spirit 60PF / 700ML KLEOS is made by hand in small batches, via a distillation of the rare “tears of Mastiha” and the addition of Mastiha essential oils.
Lagoon Bay Icelandic Orange Aperitif 34.2PF / 700ML A premium Icelandic orange bitter aperitif (17.1% ABV) that combines French-distilled spirits, 12 botanical ingredients, and Icelandic water to create a blue-orange colored, citrus-forward drink designed for spritzes. 1.5oz pineapple juice 1oz coconut lemonade DIRECTIONS Shake ingredients with ice, strain into a highball glass over fresh ice — SIGNATURE DRINK LAGOON BAY, CANCUN
