AALBORG DENMARK, SJAELLAND Aalborg Akvavit is the name of the classic Danish aquavit - the one that Danes love and put on the table again and again. And not without reason: Aalborg Akvavit represents more than 160 years of experience in the art of making spirits. Aalborg Jubileum was launched in 1946, 100 years after the opening of the factory in Aalborg and as a tribute to Taffel Akvavit. Aalborg Jubilaeums Aquavit 80PF / 700ML Elegant and balanced taste with dill and coriander as the main forces, but with fine contributions from star anise, citrus, and caramel. Unlike most aquavits, Aalborg Jubileums Akvavit is completely caraway-free. Best enjoyed chilled but can also be enjoyed at room temperature. Goes well with fish, pork, curry dishes, and food from Asian cuisine. ALTA VERDE ITALY, ALTO ADIGE The producer, which goes by the full name Antica Erboristeria Cappelletti, was first established in 1906. For most of their first century they were located in the historic Piazza Fiera in the center of Trento. Today they are located 20 km south of Trento in Aldeno, surrounded by vineyards and apple orchards. As the name would suggest, the firm was and is still today focused on products from traditional herbs, roots and flowers. Amaro Alta Verde 48PF / 750ML The principal ingredient is assenzio, a variety of wormwood. A complementary blend of alpine herbs, citrus and spice frame and lighten the classic bitter profile. True to its origins, the aromas evoke a summer forest in all its verdant splendor. Upon tasting, Alta Verde yields impressive length and complex bitterness, intertwined with gentle sweetness and bright herbal notes that give balance throughout the palate.

ARGIOLAS ITALY, SARDINIA The vineyards of Argiolas are in the region of Trexenta and Sulcis where the family controls 600 acres planted to native Sardinian grapes. Argiolas Tremontis Limone Liqueur 60PF / 700ML Limonsardo is made from a selection of natural infusions and essences, extracted from the peel of aromatic lemons, blended with the semi-processed liqueur and with the addition of sugar. Brilliant lemon yellow in color

with a strong fragrance of fresh lemon fruit. Argiolas Tremontis Mirto Liqueur 60PF / 700ML

A unique liqueur made from the berries of the Mirto (Myrtle) plant, one of the most distinctive essences of the Mediterranean and has long been recognized for its healing properties. Violet red in color with herbal aromas.

AMERICAN GIN COMPANY USA, NEW YORK The New York-based American Gin Company produces small batch gin and Averell Damson Gin Liqueur. Averell Damson Gin Liqueur 66PF / 750ML Averell is an exceptionally bright liqueur—the fresh pressed juice of heirloom Damson Plums married to a botanical gin marked by juniper, warm winter spices, bay leaf and ginger. Delicious with seltzer, sparkling wine or ginger beer, in both hot and cold black tea, or on its own, over ice. The history of the Damson dates to the dawn of civilization. Prized by the Romans and Crusaders, its cultivation spread throughout Europe and later to the orchards of North American colonial settlers who appreciated its nervy character: rich, intensely tart and slightly bitter. The Damson stands today as an endangered variety from a bygone era. BACHE GABRIELSEN FRANCE, COGNAC Bache Gabrielsen Very Old White Pineau des Charentes 34PF / 750ML Pineau des Charentes is made on the day of harvest, by blending white grape juice which is rich in sugar, and a very young high alcohol content cognac, it is then put into casks to be aged for a minimum of one year (Pineau des Charentes), five years (for a Vieux Pineau des Charentes), 10 years (for a Très Vieux Pineau des Charentes).

AMARO SFUMATO ITALY, ALTO ADIGE Amaro Sfumato Rabarbaro 20PF / 750ML

The term Sfumato derives from the Italian word for smoke - ‘fumo’. It is traditionally associated with a style of Renaissance painting characterized by subtle transitions between areas of dark and light. This speaks directly to this amaro’s profile, which marries a dark smokiness with bitter woodsiness from alpine herbs and notes of sweet alpine berries. The main ingredient is a special Rabarbaro (rhubarb) variety that grows in Trentino Alto Adige and Veneto. Enjoy with tonic, grapefruit soda, or whiskey.
