GIN

DENNING’S POINT DISTILLERY USA, NEW YORK Denning’s Point Distillery in Beacon, NY crafts the finest artisanal spirits available. We choose the highest quality grains from NY state farms and create classic spirits of unique character and depth. Denning’s Point Great 9 Gin 80PF / 750ML Great 9 Gin is a celebration of the rich, verdant Hudson Valley and the original land patent for which it was named, the Great Nine Partners’ Patent. It also represents the 9 fragrant and exotic botanicals that infuse this spirit. Bright notes of lively botanicals on the nose and palette, this gin is an infusion of young juniper berries, sour orange, grapefruit, coriander, sweet almond and five other proprietary herbs.

FOUR PILLARS AUSTRALIA We established Four Pillars with a focus on gin. But great gin doesn’t just make itself. We recognized that our real focus would need to be on the craft of distilling. FROM SMALL CRAFT DISTILLERY TO BEING NAMED WORLD’S LEADING GIN PRODUCER TWO YEARS IN A ROW. THIS IS A CRAZY RIDE WE’RE ON! Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin 83.6PF / 750ML Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin is crafted to deliver the best of all worlds: a perfect, classic gin and something that would fascinate and delight even the most hardened gin fanatic. It’s spicy but with great citrus, a truly modern Australian gin. Double Gold NY World Wine & Spirits Competition ‘17 Four Pillars Navy Strength Gin 117.6PF / 750ML Our Navy Strength Gin trades oranges for native finger limes and fresh ginger to deliver a powerful, spice-driven profile. Notes of lime curd, star anise, and earthy turmeric create an intense yet clean palate, finished with a subtle hint of vanilla. Master Status 4x Global Gin Masters (‘15, ‘16, ‘17, ‘18) Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin 87.6PF / 750ML Made with virgin olive oil, olive leaves and whole fresh lemons, this is a textural, bright, savory gin, perfect in a killer Martini. Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin 75.6PF / 750ML One day our distiller Cam thought, what would happen if you combined Four Pillars Gin with some of the best Shiraz grapes in Australia? Bloody Shiraz Gin, that’s what! Aromatically it shows fresh pine needles, citrus and spice, and distinct peppery, dense raspberry notes. The palate is lovely and sweet with a long juniper and spice character on the finish. Four Pillars Fresh Yuzu Gin 84PF / 750ML We’ve had a thing for yuzu for a while now, and with three limited edition trial runs under our belts, we’re ready to launch the newest member of our core range: a stand-alone, honed, and perfected Fresh Yuzu Gin. A bright, aromatic and (yes) fresh dry gin made with locally grown yuzu and inspired by our adventures making gin with Japanese friends. GABRIEL BOUDIER FRANCE Knowledge and expertise of more than 140 years is at the heart of the House of Gabriel Boudier, a name that is now renowned worldwide. Gabriel Boudier Rare London Dry Gin 94PF / 750ML Gabriel Boudier Rare London Dry Gin is meant present in the Victorian style, which was the height of the London-borne “gin craze” and distilled in the traditional, juniper forward style. Gabriel Boudier Saffron Gin 80PF / 750ML Saffron Gin: the name alone is an invitation to go on a journey. Re discovered in the Maison Boudier archives, the recipe is the revival of a unique gin. From London to Pondicherry, Saffron Gin offers a promise of the exotic.

ELENA PENNA ITALY, PIEDMONT Elena Penna, a native of these hills and one of the principals of Castiglione Falletto’s iconic Vietti winery, loves making wine, that the tradition Gin

making in Piemonte was also a passion of hers. It wasn’t really a surprise, therefore, when she decided to turn her talent and energy to making some. Elena Gin 84PF / 700ML Elena Gin, a small batch (2,640 bottles), artisanal gin made in the Classic London Dry Gin style but with, Elena says, Langa flair. Juniper picked in the Alps, of course, leads the way, with a light touch of citrus and a

pretty finish of herbs and roots. The small batches are produced using 18thcentury wood-fired pot stills that were refurbished solely to produce this product.

FERDINAND’S SAAR GERMANY Originating in 2013 from the tri-border region where the Saar meets the Mosel, this gin is born from one of Germany’s most prestigious Riesling wine regions. It captures the essence of the Saar’s rolling hills, blending traditional distillation with the heritage of the country’s most valued wine producers. Ferdinand’s Saar Dry Gin 88PF / 500ML A tribute to the Saar region, this gin features 30 locally cultivated botanicals infused with Riesling grapes from the Saarburger Rausch vineyard. The result is a sophisticated, terroir-driven spirit that balances traditional herbal notes with the elegant acidity of the Saar landscape.
