Renowned for its full-bodied, refined spirits, the distillery holds a unique place in industry history as the original producer of Patrón Tequila. Today, Siete Leguas remains dedicated to the artisanal, small-batch methods that established its world-class reputation for quality and authenticity. Siete Leguas Blanco 80PF / 700ML Siete Leguas tequila is distilled at two of the brand’s own distilleries, Fábricas El Centenario and La Vencedora. The former employs more traditional methods including the use of two mules to pull the tahona and wild yeast in fermentation while the latter uses a molina (a modern mill) to crush the agaves and their own yeast strain. Both are distilled in copper pot stills and the two are blended. Siete Leguas Reposado 80PF / 700ML Aged in American oak for 8 months. Siete Leguas Añejo 80PF / 700ML Aged in American oak for 24 months. Siete Leguas D’Antaño Extra Añejo 80PF / 750ML Aged in American oak for up to 5 years. TRES BARRICAS MEXICO, JALISCO, NOM 1416 Tres Barricas First Edition is a limited release of 3,000 bottles. Tres Barricas Anejo 80PF / 750ML American Oak Barrel + French Oak (Ex Cognac Casks) + French Oak (Ex Sherry Casks) The marriage between the tequilas matured for 12 months in American White Oak Barrels (Ex Tennessee Whiskey) and French Oak offers a unique product with an excellent balance between the complexity of its’ notes and smoothness in its’ flavor. In its bouquet, you will find notes of cooked agave, butter, caramel, and various fruit notes (peach, banana, and orange). This gentle sensation of fruity notes creates a unique experience on the palate.
