Bottled within five days of distillation, Pristinely clear, Chinaco Blanco offers a bouquet of pear, quince, dill and lime, tinged with aloe. It’s clean, smooth, fresh and bright on the palate, with exceptional depth and balance, followed by a smooth, long, lingering finish. Chinaco Reposado 80PF / 750ML Aged for 11 months in 35 year old French and English white oak scotch barrels which impart a gentle, woody character to the spirit. A golden light amber color, Chinaco Reposado has a generous nose of citrus zest, peach and apple, hinting of dill and quince. Clean, fresh flavors carry through on the palate, with full depth and balance, capped by a medium-long, lingering, Aged for 30 months in 35 year old French and English white oak scotch barrels, as well as American bourbon barrels. The result is a remarkably smooth and rich complexity that is to be savored like a fine cognac. Offers subtle aromas of pear, wildflowers, vanilla, smoke and baked apple, edged with papaya and mango. The flavors are rich and complex, with exceptional depth, balance and style, ending in a luscious, spicy, smoky finish. Chinaco Extra Añejo 100-106PF / 750ML Only 40% of the barrels destined for the production of Extra Añejo are worthy of the distinction of being bottled for this label. Each of these was specially selected by the Master Distiller, Doña Esther Hernández (r.i.p.), who ensured that Extra Añejo exhibits the character and flavors of the ripe agave pulp, baked to perfection, imprinting the finest flavors and intense flavors available to go through the fermentation, distillation and aging processes. CIMARRÓN MEXICO, JALISCO Cimarrón Tequila from Jalisco is distilled from hillside agave grown at 4,620’ elevation, where plant sugars reach an average of 24-26° Brix. A low-pressure, slow agave roast creates Cimarrón’s bright, forward flavor, and fermentation is entirely natural. Don Abraham Blanco Organico 80PF / 750ML Using double distillation to preserve the vibrant fruit and freshness of the blue agave, this lively blanco offers rich aromas of tropical fruits, ripe lime, and white pepper. The palate is balanced and engaging, combining roasted agave and spice with a smooth, refined mouthfeel. Don Abraham Reposado Organico 80PF / 750ML Well-rounded and complex while still being lively.
