KILCHOMAN SCOTLAND Kilchoman was the first distillery to be built on Islay in over 124 years. The distillery was founded in 2005 by Anthony Wills and is Islay’s only farm distillery, producing Single Farm Single Malt. Pokeno Discovery Single Malt Whisky 86PF / 700ML Bottled at 43% ABV, Pokeno Discovery is fully matured in first fill Bourbon, Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez Casks then allowed to marry perfectly together. It is a rich and complex whisky with beautiful notes of dark chocolate and ripe cherries. M&H Classic 96PF / 750ML

Unlike most Kilchoman releases, Machir Bay is matured in both bourbon barrels and sherry casks creating a balance of tropical fruit, peat smoke, vanilla and sweetness. A unique marriage of both oloroso sherry and bourbon barrel maturation, Sanaig is an enjoyably peaty single malt.
