Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz 75.6PF / 750ML One day our distiller Cam thought, what would happen if you combined Four Pillars Gin with some of the best Shiraz grapes in Australia? Bloody Shiraz Gin, that’s what! Aromatically it shows fresh pine needles, citrus and spice, and distinct peppery, dense raspberry notes. The palate is lovely and sweet with a long juniper and spice character on the finish. Four Pillars Fresh Yuzu 83.6PF / 750ML We’ve had a thing for yuzu for a while now, and with three limited-edition trial runs under our belts, we’re ready to launch the newest member of our core range: a stand-alone, honed, and perfected Fresh Yuzu Gin. A bright, aromatic and (yes) fresh dry gin made with locally grown yuzu and inspired by our adventures making gin with Japanese friends. 83.6PF Four Pillars Navy Strength 117.6PF / 750ML Released in 2014, our Navy Strength Gin was perfected with the Gin Palace in mind. It uses fresh native ‘Judy’s Everbearing’ finger limes and ginger for signature power and intensity. Finger limes, coriander, and star anise meet the earthy weight of turmeric. Expect lifted aromatics of lime curd and pine, leading to an intense, sweet, and incredibly clean palate. It’s a gorgeous, delicate gin that is as refreshing as it is beautiful. Herb Garden Lemon Verbena Gin 86PF / 750ML A crystal-clear gin with aromas of citrus, lemon sherbet, and hints of herbs. Its zesty flavors are intermingled with juniper. Herb Garden Pink Elderflower & Jasmine Gin 86PF / 750ML A delightful light pink gin with aromas of orange and pink grapefruit. On the palate it’s quite exotic with citrus and sweet orange flavors. All the sweetness is coming from the natural residual sugar of the plants. LEOPOLD BROS. DENVER, COLORADO Leopold Bros. relocated operations from Michigan to their home state of Colorado to focus solely on distilling. They included systems to create a zero-waste facility by recycling water, composting, and other methods. Plus, space to accommodate all their fermenters and stills. The site is home to Colorado’s first distillery malting floor and kiln, as well as a dunnage-style barrel-house, a tasting room, and education center.
